Great location and good unit. Unit has 3 bedroom/ 3 baths that really suited our needs. The unit, grounds and the pool area were all clean. The condos exterior had blown off in some places due to a heavy storm. So hopefully they will get that fixed soon. But overall a good place to stay.
The Garden City Realty folks were all very friendly and helpful at all times. Lauren with GCR especially worked so hard to find the right condo for my crowd. I will definitely call on them again!

My wife and I have loved staying at the Clodhopper for many years now. Always a great time. This year, their manager BJ was really helpful in getting a parking problem with people illegally parking trailers and trucks in front of the property and blocking the driveway, resolved.

We can hands down say this condo has been one of our absolute favorite stays EVER. Super clean! Wonderful staff available for any questions you may have or items you may need. The property itself is so well taken care of. The layout of the condo is perfect for larger families or just a couple, as we were, to stay. We used the twin bed room as a closet essentially and slept in the master bedroom. We didn't really use the queen size room as we just didn't need it. Having two entrances to the balcony was super convenient. Enough seating for any guests you may have and a reclining lounge chair perfect for tanning right on the balcony. STUNNING VIEWS!! We cannot wait to come back here year after year!

We very much loved our time at 606. Our condo was immaculate, well kept and very comfortable. Not a single complaint. On a scale of 1-10, this condo is a 10. Can’t wait to go back again.

I loved everything about the unit . There was only a couple things that I was disappointed in. The television not having streaming capabilities, and the bars of soap. The rental site had noted 2 bars of soap for the stay. I brought extra, thank goodness, One small round bar for each bath for 7 days to include handwashing and bathing. Overall, EXCELENT STAY!I will be back!
