Everything that is needed is in this house-and plenty of it! The amenities/all the little touches are greatly appreciated-charging station, ice maker, outside towel rack, extra fridge... the list goes on! This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their house.

We really enjoyed out stay in this house. The view was nice and we could feel that ocean breeze all the time. The house was clean especially considering it is a pet rental. I will say that the a/c would not get below 76 degrees during the heat of the day, but cooled back down at night. I would suggest having it serviced and possibly some freon added.

Garden City Realty helped us immensely after a terrible experience with Dunes Realty. Dunes failed to tell us that our rented condo was under construction and undergoing major repairs. It was unacceptable for us to stay and the Dunes manager was insulting with his implication that we were the problem. After four hours of searching they referred us to Garden City. We had to rent two condos and we were not ocean front but the Inlet Pointe facility was beautiful. The obnoxious Dunes manager finally split the increase price with me. Unbelievable. We will definitely book with Garden City Realty in the future.

We loved this house.. it was perfect for our family. Amazing views and within walking distance to the pier.Our only complaint is that it needs a good cleaning. Floors, windows, blinds and baseboards need some attention. Other than that, we hope to rent this house again!

We have stayed in a lot of condos and houses in the past 30 years and this was one of the cleanest we've ever entered. The lights were on when we entered so it was very welcoming and I felt "at home". I had a very positive experience with the staff when our code wouldn't work to unlock the door upon arrival-Very friendly and extremely helpful. They solved the problem while I was on the phone with them.

The condo was well maintained and stocked. The building overall was also very clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the elevators and hallways on a Saturday when there would have been a lot of "traffic" in and out. Loved that bath and bed linens were provided (the bed was even made!). Made it super convenient.

Buckhead

Nicely designed unit for 3 generations including small children with easy access to pool and beach. Even though we were contacted to expect late check-in time the unit was available earlier than expected. Furniture was adequate and beds were comfortable, but kitchen was not well equipped for meal preparation and service. Dishes and serving pieces/utensils need a complete overhaul. Nice porch overlooking pool but plastic furniture should be upgraded to something more comfortable. The entire booking and check in process was extremely easy. The outside property and elevators were well maintained. Would be nice to have unit rental include beach chairs/umbrella set-up. Also would be helpful to include a reasonable amount of paper products, dish/laundry soap, and trash bags for the rental duration. This is one of the few times we've rented a condo that the rental company or property owner didn't provide some small token gift such as a welcome basket or beach bag with logo.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Banks 302. The oceanfront location is amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. We also enjoyed being walking distance to the Garden City pier. We have family in SC and will definitely try to stay there when we go back!

Our condo was the best condo we have ever had in all of our visits to South Carolina. It was clean and all appliances worked well. Great balcony and spacious rooms. I highly recommend the Afterdeck 105!

We loved the condo and enjoyed it so much that we are returning next summer!! The condo was clean, well furnished and just the right size for four people. Please don't ever get rid of the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, they are a great feature for those sharing the room. The kitchen was well-equipped with plates, bowls, cookware, etc., but please consider updating the pots and pans as they are getting quite worn. Thank you to the owner(s) for renting this condo, it was a wonderful vacation!!

We had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Condo was very nice. Need a skillet. Beds were very comfortable. Livingroom furniture was very comfortable to relax after a busy day.

We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. Perfect location. Nice updates. We had issues with our AC settings that never truly got fixed. We had AC we just had to constantly change it to the temp we wanted because it was on a schedule that maintenance couldn’t turn off.

Very nice overall. Great location. Air conditioning was very loud in master bedroom when starts and stops.
Needs rugs for bathrooms so not to slip.

Location was great. The condo was great. Parking was a joke. Our vehicle couldn't squeeze in the assigned spot. Our 2nd parking pass was useless because every other spot in the lot was full. There should be a warning about parking trucks and large SUVs before signing the rental contract.
