We had a great stay at Ruff Life w Garden City Rentals . Most of the house was very clean , it provided adequate appliance and dishes for our stay . They made accommodations for us to bring 3 dogs . I am very great full. The house was really close to the beach being on the second row. We had no issuers at all w the company or the house . I was very pleased . The recent renovation was great . The condo was lovely and spacious for the two of us. Views were great...loved all the windows. Though on the second floor, above the pool, the balcony and condo felt private. We appreciated having the pool and easy access to the beach, as well as the lovely 1-mile stroll to the GC pier. We'd love to come back.

Just what we were looking for. We could see and hear the waves. Timing was good as the beach was not very crowded. We walked to the pier every evening. Great restaurants fairly close by.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Boat House. The house had plenty of room. Bedrooms were all a nice size. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch overlooking the inlet with our coffee in the morning.
In the description it stated new living room furnishings. I did not feel that was an accurate statement due to the wear and a few stains. The ceiling fans thru out the house needed work. Either they made loud noises where you did not want run them or you could not turn the fan on because the pull string was broken. I would suggest that the furniture in the screen porch and front porch be replaced. We were also there during King Tide. Beware that the inlet waters will come into the backyard and the street in front of house will flood.
