We rented at 3/3 and really liked the size. Had a full laundry room. We could see the pool as well as front row of the beach. The condo wasn't as clean as we expected. Things like a hair in the tub, debris on one bath mat, sticky floor counter in some small areas, small splatters on the kitchen walls and cabinet doors all which we could easily clean.

I’ve been going to Garden City for my entire life, but this year we discovered a new house. The location, design, beach access, and views are all phenomenal. The owners have done a great job of equipping the house with small conveniences. The kitchen is especially well stocked with tools for the cook. We loved the outdoor seating areas and the views on both sides.

The home was beautifully decorated with a "Coastal" theme. The rooms were all spacious and there was plenty of parking. Due to the weather, it would have been nice if the pool was heated. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Only thing was that several of the blinds to the sliding door to the balcony kept falling apart. I think, that I reported this last year. Please give this some attention!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The view from the large porch was incredible; we spent many hours there! The house was clean with a well-appointed kitchen. All beds were new with clean linens, and the lower level was newly renovated. The pool was beautiful with many sturdy lounge chairs. Customer service was exceptional! Guests should be aware that the metal spiral staircase can be difficult to manage for some, and all but one interior bathroom are shared. The house is next to beach access which means Saturday and Sunday can be crowded. Our group had a comfortable, memorable vacation!
