First time we have gone this late to the Surfside/Garden City area. We normally book oceanfront homes end of July, beginning of August, but this looked really good:and was. Access to the beach right across the street made for an easy walk to the ocean. With 4+ restaurants within 2 minutes walk, made for a nice selection of dining and or drinks. Would definitely book again!

The place was absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and very clean! I 100 percent will stay here again. It was right above the pool so I can see my girls play but also had a beautiful view of the ocean. Going out there every morning to sit and relax . We wanted to stay on a quiet not so crowded beach and this was perfect. There is a grocery store 5 mins away. Only wish you could park golf carts to rent but not a big deal. 100 percent recommend this property.

Incredible ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. The most comfortable furniture to relax in while viewing the ocean and watching the dolphins swim. The kitchen is well equipped and has tons of storage and countertop space. Our large family had a fabulous and relaxing vacation.

The Condo was very nice.I did find a couple sot's that needed cleaned but nothing I let bother me. If i had to complain about something it would be the stairway.. it's not well lit an needs a cleaning an some fresh AIR. Everything else was wonderful! We love that we are ocean front an we used the balcony every morning an night We will be booking agaon next year !!

We had a very nice stay! Great location, right across the road from the beach and very close to the community pool! Very clean!!

we stayed for a week at sea oaks 303 in september. the condo was extremely clean, had everything that we needed for our stay. everything was in excellent working order. the only thing that i can say that really didnt work great for us, is the shower in the master bedroom is very small. but i am sure this is how they are in most of the condos here, as we stayed in a different one last year, and the shower was the same size. also, the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy when we would move. might want to upgrade that. all in all, i would recommend this condo to anyone! we had a great time, and definitely enjoyed the pool!!

Nice pool and great access to beach. Very comfortable couches but unit dated and overdecorated for our tastes.. Nice large TV. We had a really good time. Plan to return.
