This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Beach Lane. The location is perfect- close enough to the beach to walk, far enough away that we did not feel we were dealing with a constant flow of traffic. Proximity to Murrells Inlet and Surfside/Mrytle Beach attractions was ideal. The furnishings were clean and generally in good condition. GC Realty maintainence was responsive when we notified them of items that were not working as expected. The only things I would suggest be addressed are major appliances do need to be replaced- the dryer took 3+ cycles to completely dry a small load of laundry, the stovetop did not come to temperature and the dishwasher was quite noisy. The garbage pickup needs to be addressed- there was overflowing garbage when we arrived that was not picked up all week (sanitation company apparently will only take what is in the bin).

This will be our 2nd stay at Seabanks 204. We love the property. The place is always clean when we arrive. No issues with parking and we love how close it is to the beach. Hoping to book again in 2024.

Garden city realty never disappoints in quality or pricing. They’re always our first look when booking a stay here. The condo itself is in a great location right across the street from the beach access and has an ocean view. The decor is dated and I have to say the beds were uncomfortable in this particular rental. But overall we had a wonderful week!!

This was our second year staying in this room and we love it. We have two little ones who also loved it. It had everything we need from kitchen appliances to extra pillows and blankets to and extra beach umbrella. The place is always super clean. My only issue I had this year was once my room was ready and we received the text, the code wouldn’t work on the door. I called the garden city number and left a message but no one ever returned a call. Finally after about 35 minutes the code worked and we were able to get in. But we love this room and are sad that it is already booked for next year!

Clean. Great for children. Great parking. The rental staff was always available and very was further from the beach than we expected but the unit suited all our needs for the week we were there! 5 stars

Would like to say this house was terrible so I could keep it ALL TO MY SELF... but ... it was very nice.. had almost every thing you need or want and the pool was a awesome bonus.. one really minor issue if I had to nit pick, under the house could be a little cleaner.. overall a great stay..

It was a great place! Fairly new updates and was very clean. The only things noted were there was no vacuum to get up the sand, no scissors in the kitchen, and the balcony floor needs replaced.

We loved Sunspree! The location was wonderful, so quiet and peaceful. House was very clean and well stocked. Loved the pool area. Family wanting to stay there again!!

Our family was comfortable. Surf master 613 was a beautiful stay and as pictured. The home showed that its owners cared a great deal for the property. I loved that there were some cleaning supplies so I could clean up, because staying at the beach brings so much sand and mess. We had issues with an appliance and we did call f service. When it couldn’t be fixed on the spot they were fai. The location was amazing equal distance to each pier nearby. I appreciated that they had beach chairs to use and you could rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach already set up, by the day or week.. I loved the condo and location so much I would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. The location was the best. We all fell in love with the bottom porch with its swing and the top deck with its rocking chairs. The bottom porch turned into “the gathering place”. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Summer Breeze for a week in August 2023 and we loved it! The only thing this house needs is more outdoor furniture upstairs and downstairs and rugs in the bedrooms and it would be perfect! In the pictures there is a picnic table and outdoor shower and they are no longer there. So updated pictures would be helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Master 1110. The location was excellent. The view from the balcony was great. The unit was clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was with the pin code to access the unit. We were unable to get in the unit when we arrived and then the code would change every 2 days. We had to keep calling Garden City Realty to get the new code.

Our condo at Atalaya Towers was really nice and very easy just went to condo and put in key code and that was it no hassel at all We had a great vacation

I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. Slept six of us comfortably (2 adults 4 kids). Short walk to the beach and a great family atmosphere. I’ll definitely book again in the future. Elevator was being repaired but really didn’t bother us with only one flight of stairs.

Very nice condo! Beautifully decorated and had everything you could need or want! Nice porch to sit on and dog friendly. Very clean! We enjoyed our stay!
