Only feedback for your attention would be to address the mildew smell in the kitchen closet and perhaps get a few pots.

We've stayed at different units in this building multiple years. This one is nice but could use a few changes. Ceiling fan in the master BR would be nice. Desperately needs an overhead light in the living room, it's very hard to read and there's nothing to put your feet up on. Those are relatively minor nitpicks, it's still a nice place in a great location. I would use the pool more happily if there were any hint of shade but that's the complex not the unit.

The property is in a good location and the pool patio area is nice,but the hot tub was not working. Maintenance was notified. The refrigerator was not working on the first floor when we arrived but a loaner was delivered on Tuesday. The units could use more silverware. Appliances should be checked frequently as they get used so much. The bedrooms are spacious but it would be nice to have more bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay despite little problems.

you only get 1 parking pass and the overflow is 2 miles away. While we was parking 2 of our cars with overflow passes was towed. The tow company came with a attitude police was called and gave him attitude. Doesn't matter if you are unpacking are not you will be towed. Lot was only 1/2 full. Cost $250 less than a hour we where there. Also no carts in site to take stuff to room.

Unit was nice and clean . View was spectacular. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Although this was not originally booked unit it was accommodating and nicely decorated. Unit did have some small issues when we got there. We were told that the water heater was leaking. They sent a plumber and it was not the water heater. It was the air conditioning unit they were supposed to send somebody out to address this issue. Don’t know if anybody ever showed up as the unit was not properly cooling, but we may do. All together everyone had a great time and made the best use of the unit along with the pool and the beach. I would recommend if you were looking for a rental to use Garden City realty they are great.

We had a very nice vacation. We have stayed at the Beach House several times over the years. Loved the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. We would definately stay at the Beach House again.

We had a wonderful time. Property was as described, a bit outdated but clean. Love the location, close to everything, and the pool was kept very clean. Overall, everything was very nice for an older condo. However, the trash can was stinky and nasty, and I had to wash it before I could put a bag in it. The kitchen cabinets and drawers need to be organized so guests can find things more easily. There is only a five cup coffee pot, so we had to make numerous pots every morning,. The edge of the kitchen cabinets over the bar are a hazard for tall people; most everyone of us hit our head at least once reaching for something on the bar. These small things would not prevent us from renting again. We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay. Garden City personnel were friendly and shared great information. While not. The home was spacious, well furnished and clean.
The only negatives: previous renters left trash in shrubs around pool area. One of the many beds needed- the frame needed to be tightened.

We hope this unit is available for future stays

We absolutely loved this vacation home. As weekly beach rental property owners ourselves, it is easy to tell how much the owners love and care about this place. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The puzzles were an added treat. It brought us so much Joy watching our teens and their friends disconnect from electronics and work together to complete puzzles for hours. The beds were all comfortable and lots of pillows and blankets were available to everyone. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and both sun rooms were our favorite places to disconnect and relax.
Our only recommendation to the owners would be to remove a few chairs, we felt a little crowded in the living room and the oceanside sunroom with all of the furniture. All-in-all the place was amazing, clean, and THE BEST rental we have ever rented in Garden City and we have been coming there for over 20 years. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH US!
