We always enjoy our stays at Surf Master and this condo did not disappoint. 904 was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. GCR makes it effortless to check in and checkout and they are very quick to address any problem that may arise, which is very rare.

We were slightly disappointed in the cleanliness factor however, garden city Realty was quick to come by and take care of our issues. We are excited to be staying here again in 2024. We rented After Deck 206 for two weeks. The condo had everything that we needed. The towels and sheets need to be up graded from poor to at the very least very good. The sheets on the king bed were thread bare in several spots and the towels are so very thin.

We just returned from Rusty Pelican and loved it. The inlet view is just amazing and the home is decorated beautifully. It's also an easy walk to the beach. There are a few things that need improvement, such as new shower heads and a large nonstick skillet in the kitchen, but otherwise the house is great. We had a couple of maintenance issues and Garden City Realty was very responsive. We highly recommend Rusty Pelican and Garden City Realty!

We were very pleased with our unit. It was exactly as described and the decor was beautiful. It was lovely to be right on the beach for those daily walks plus having the option of a swimming pool and hot tub available. The property was clean and well maintained. We put in a call for service once and the response was immediate.
We felt the location is great and central for what we all did. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk, Georgetown, Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and a day trip to Charleston. And for those who like to shop there are lots of options there also.
We hope this property is available the next time we want to go south and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Condo was as pictured. Very comfortable, had all the necessities needed for a great vacation. View was great from the balcony. Pool was not heated but hot tub was great. Would book this condo again.
