Had a great week staying in 107. This is our second year. The only complaint I have is the linen package that is listed “included”. There were 2 of us and 4 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. I don’t go on vacation to do laundry. Plus the towels were navy in color so they can’t be sanitized and the bath towels had a sour smell. Last year the linens were white and shrink wrapped. Felt more sterile Will carry my own linens next time.

We really enjoyed the 1 bedroom condo with private ocean-front balcony. Some of the kitchen items (utensils, pots, pans, etc) need upgraded or replaced; definitely bare-bones in that area, but the condo as a whole was fine and comfortable. We'll be back; we've stayed in 206 three times now.

Cranberry Township

A wonderful place to stay at beautiful Garden City. Located a short drive from the best seafood restaurants in Murrell’s Inlet. A short drive to Pawley’s Island if shopping is your interest.
The accommodations were beautifully appointed and spotless. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony are picture perfect. Days on the beach are heavenly.
Garden City Realty is professional and delightful to work with.
You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice place great view of ocean couple thinga happened which not the places fault just a little annoying we were next to sprinkler room they were in there around 630am the firat night and the bedroom was next to it could hear eveything. Then two nights before we left all we heard was stomping above us at 5am. Not sure what the bedroom is near but that also woke us up. Room was great though. Loved having a 1.5 bathroom. Would stay again.

This was our third time staying in this particular condo and once again it was perfect. The unit is always very clean, all the furniture is comfortable and in new condition. I’m sure we’ll be back again later in the year.
Garden city realty does an amazing job with managing their properties and they are the only company we use when coming to the Grand Strand!

we were able to check in earlier than expected -that was a big PLUS. The weather was really windy & thunderstorms so we sat on the balcony & watched it all happen! 3 chairs blew into the pool! We had 4 tall bar chairs & a table on the balcony and could still move around without anyone having to move. The place was great-everything nice & clean & plenty of room.

well we were able to get in a day early and that was great. Don't agree with the one car parking when we shop and keep things in the car because the condo is kind of small to put purchase's in while staying there. 107 was a real nice place was pretty clean except for the candy wrappers under every bed in the place so that makes us think they don't swept the floors like they should. Other than that we had a good time. Not sure where next year will be .

Weather turned out to be good. However! Our air conditioner compressor went out. Maintenance brought fans, but still rather warm.

We have stayed in this unit several times and we have always enjoyed staying here. Bed and couches are comfortable and the view is amazing from the 7th floor.
