Great location in Surfside Beach and within walking distance to both the Surfside and Garden City piers. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property.

Amazing place. So many toys for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with so many kitchen tools. The back closest has so much toys and items for the beach. I loved this property. The patio furniture is great. The only concern i have is that we would run out of hot water very fast. If one person took a shower you would have to wait a hour for the water tank to heat back up fore the next person. Other then that it was a amazing time staying in 413.

I was worried that I'd regret this rental because of having to drive to the beach when I wanted, but this turned out to be the most relaxing vacation I've had in years. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house is gorgeous and well equipped for pretty much any need one would have. Communication with Garden City Realty was excellent. We took our boat, which was nice and enjoyed fishing from the dock as well. The views from this property are stunning at night! We have zero complaints and would love to return to this rental again in the future.

This condo was the best we have stayed in in the 25 years we have been vacationing in Garden City. It is decorated great and the kitchen is well stocked. My only compliment is the mattress in the master was too soft but that is not a deal breaker. We will rent this condo again.

This was my 3rd time renting for sea master in garden city. It typically was a good family vacation spot. Lot of young families, kids etc. The last time we went it was senior trip week and about 150-200 teenagers invaded the beach, underage drinking, swearing, loud and obnoxious etc. So I would advise not to go first week in June but I am not sure when the teens won't be there during the summer.

It was a very seamless process from when I put down the deposit until when we checked in and checked out. The house was exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures which is not always the case. The wrap around porches with narrow spindles and a gate were perfect for the little ones in the group.

My family stayed here June 3 - June 10. Excellent home stocked with everything you need. Great pool. Fantastic location. The house was extremely clean. However the beachside porch, outside decks, walkways were not. I took it upon myself to clean those areas. There was actually a plastic container of cigarette butts on the porch, obviously from the prior week renters. We arrived early to enjoy the beach since check-in isn't until 4:00. I was sent an email to not call or come to the office until I received a text advising the unit was ready. If a text was not received by 5:00 I was advised that I could go the the office. After a lengthy wait and no text I decided to ride up to the office. I arrived about 4:45. I went in and took a seat. A gent at the desk asked if he could help. I told him I'd just sit and wait on a text or 5:00, whichever came first. He told me that wasn't necessary and to come to the counter and check in. I did so of course. So the question is, should I have gone to the office earlier? I try to obey the rules. I wonder how many renters just go to the office early. He also told me an inspector would be coming to the unit. That never happened. That's OK though as the house itself was clean. This 4:00 check-in will always be an issue. You loose the check-in Saturday and the Check-out Saturday. Love Garden City Realty for everything they do except for this 4:00 check-in policy.

In a word, excellent! The property was recommended by a friend who has been staying there for vacation for many years. The location was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have been happier. The entire process through Garden City Realty was straightforward and seamless. We're looking forward to returning in the future.
