There were 5 adults on this vacation. This was our second time renting this property. It is my husbands my favorite. Very clean, colorful and great place overall. Large dining room table. Complete kitchen set up with plenty of dishes, pans, etc.. We were here for bike week and stayed an extra week. We enjoyed so many activities and restaurants it would be a long list.
Garden City Realty is my favorite agency to use. Excellent customer service.

Our family had a great experience with our Garden City rental. The renovations to the outside deck and to the interior of the home were much appreciated. It met all of our family's needs for a wonderful beach vacation.

This condo was beautifully decorated. I loved the color scheme! The first floor location was so convenient with parking on the same level. No need to use the elevator!

The first floor location was so convenient with parking available on the same level. The condo was lovely and had all the accommodations we needed. The only downside is that the balcony doors were very hard to open, but nothing a little grease couldn't fix.

We had 3 families (my parents, my family of 3 and my sisters family of 3) overall it was a great place for our families. When we arrived everything appeared to be very clean but by the end of our first night all of our feet were black on the bottom (we went and bought slippers) the master room bathroom toilet is so close to the shower you can’t sit on it properly and there is no door for the bar it’s all open (kinda weird but we dealt with it)
The bedroom with the 2 queen beds had no room for storage (no dresser, closet) and the tv didn’t have a cable box and smart tv didn’t work well. The fridge was warm when we got there so all the food we bought had to stay in our coolers till the next day when it got colder. Nice and beach decorated couches and beds were comfy (beds a little noisy when you move)

The property was accurately described and pictures show true dimensions. Great location if you take your boat. House was clean. Plenty of room for our group of 20. Our only issue was being told we could pay an additional fee to have the pool heated due to cool weather first week of June. We were charged an additional $330, then told mid-week that this was not an option. Card was refunded, but water was very cool, especially for small children and elderly.

The condo is my favorite @ Garden City beach. Love the deck!!!!! Building is in need of repairs though. Some repairs started, but found rusty nails & staples in sand.

We were very happy with the new check-in method - saved us so much time! This was my third time staying in 306 One Ocean Place, and I loved it again. Some maintenance issues were resolved! The master mattress is too firm for me, so I purchased an inexpensive mattress topper. I would much prefer the two rockers over the new hammock, but some people would probably enjoy the hammock. We enjoyed the two new LR chairs and the new decor!! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, but you should take a skillet with you if you plan to cook. I look forward to staying here again next summer!! I love doing business with Garden City Realty!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for a nice long MDW! It is located between the Surfside and Garden City pier. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Only a few things for improvement- the kitchen could use a pizza cutter and tongs. As much as I loved the patio set up, the chair height truly is a liability esp if little kids are present. Other than the few things, it was a wonderful and clean stay.

Bring your regular coffee for the coffee maker- no K cups. (I couldn't locate this info prior to stay)

Nice unit overall, comfortable bed, good ocean view from balcony....great to have an elevator....two minute walk to beach, five minute drive to Murrell’s Inlet....wonderful eating all around....
