It was good! This was our second time in this unit. Had hard time getting comfortable and sleeping, mattress very uncomfortable, ac unit was definitely more noisy than before. Overall very clean unit as it was before.
Disappointed situation at the beach, we couldn’t sit right at the beach due to beach rental chairs and had to pay for. We had to be behind them and at so many feet away. We felt the cost of unit and traveling 14 hours we should have been able sit right at the ocean with our own chairs an umbrella. Definitely limited beach space for renters and beach goers.

Rental is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It could use a few new skillets and pans in the kitchen. But overall a place we would love to return to.

We love SurfMaster 106 and have stayed there many years. This time we did have a few issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. The clothes dryer wasn’t working properly and took 3 cycles to dry a small load, bathroom fan in master bath wasn’t working and the toilet in the half bath ran constantly. I hope these issues have been fixed for the next guest. Very convenient for the beach and for dining out. We love the convenience of it and will definitely keep staying here.

We had a marvelous time. The unit is so nice and the view is incredible. Felt like we were floating on the ocean. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. One mile from the pier. Plenty of carts and great elevators. Loved the whole experience.

The condo, as last year, Was gorgeous. Some updates to make it more cozy beach feeling. We love the views from the room. This year we were alittle disappointed in the cleaning of the property before we had arrived. That should be address more. End stands had finger prints and the re were beads on the floor. Also the door for the washer and dryer does not slide very well.

Awesome place and great views. Had issue with ice maker not working but it was fixed by management company promptly. Master bed was so comfy we are now re-examing our bed at home and buying a new mattress. Just be advised that master is next to a main entrance to the beach and we could hear the trash being picked up in the morning. Also there is only four seats for the table. It didn't work when we had my in-laws over. A 6 seat table would be ideal. Also the dvd player remote was missing and it made watching dvds difficult. If the seating issue is addressed I would definitely stay again.

We had a great week at Beach Time! The house was well stocked, plenty big enough for our family and nicely decorated. We loved how close we were to the beach as well as the private pool. We had a problem with the keypad on the door, but it was quickly resolved by the rental company. We have already booked our vacation for next year!

We had a great stay at the Conch Baby. It fit our family of 5 perfect with room for a couple of guest family members that required their own rooms. Location was perfect for us, as we like being further down the beach away from the pier. However, the beach did get full pretty quick, so we got out early and setup a canopy and some chairs. The house was clean and well organized. Because there were no guests the week before, we were able to move in a little earlier than expected.

Overall The Boat House is a great property if it fits your needs. It's on the marsh so you can fish/crab off the dock and it's a good spot to launch kayaks (check the tides first though, during low tide launching or landing would be tough with the low water level). Public beach access is a quick walk, straight out the front door and across 2 fairly slow streets. There's plenty to do in the area though you don't really have to leave the rental with the kitchen to cook in and the marsh and beach to explore.

The AC worked great, there was not a bug to be seen which is amazing for a marsh area, and upon walking in it smelled clean; no musty beach house smell at all. The water in the shower gets HOT, even with everyone using it back to back before heading out for dinner, and the water pressure is good. The house condition is good; it's a beach rental that's been in service for a while, so it's not in mint condition, but it's clean and the appliances worked great. While it's nothing fancy, it was a comfortable fit for our crew of 7 with plenty of parking and enough seating.

Minor nit picking, but not having a washer and dryer is a small downside. With the beach and marsh you'll want to bring plenty of clean clothes to change into. The dock is small so it can limit the number of people sitting on it and fishing, and during low tide it sits on the mud with a tilt towards the water. An included grill would be nice as there's plenty of space outside. Some of the outside seating could use updating to something newer and a bit more comfortable. The sliding glass door to the back porch was a bit of a bear to open and close.

Overall we had a great week and would consider the house again. None of the minor cons prevented an enjoyable week, and the rental agency team were helpful and very nice.

Unit was very nice and clean close to the beach we were told we could check in early if unit was ready which it was but we could not use code until 4:00 maintenance came in room to check dryer without notifying us also overall a good experience
