We are owners at Surf Master but we were letting our daughter and her family use our unit. I selected this unit because it looked very comparable to our condo. I was not disappointed. Their porch was especially comfortable with lovely outdoor furniture.

VERY NICE CONDO, GARDEN CITY STAFF WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. OCEANFRONT WAS WONDERFUL. REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH BUT I GUESS EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE NOW.

I have been to several condos in Surfside and Garden City area. This place is my favorite. The condo itself is beautiful. The mattresses are so comfortable that we had trouble getting out of it in the morning! I slept like a baby. I love that it is first floor and it has an elevator. The pool was nice and clean. My favorite part had to be the balcony. It is so long and huge and private! You can see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze and it is completely covered from the sun. We spent a lot of time out there in the evenings and ate most of our meals outside. I will definitely rent this place again. It is so worth it! I also like how clean and maintained the whole place was.

We rented at 3/3 and really liked the size. Had a full laundry room. We could see the pool as well as front row of the beach. The condo wasn't as clean as we expected. Things like a hair in the tub, debris on one bath mat, sticky floor counter in some small areas, small splatters on the kitchen walls and cabinet doors all which we could easily clean.

I’ve been going to Garden City for my entire life, but this year we discovered a new house. The location, design, beach access, and views are all phenomenal. The owners have done a great job of equipping the house with small conveniences. The kitchen is especially well stocked with tools for the cook. We loved the outdoor seating areas and the views on both sides.
