My family had a wonderful time stayin in this condo. It is soo beautiful and the ocean front view is beautiful. This our 2nd year staying on this unit m314 and we we continue to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach. And the staff at garden city realty are the best. They kept in touch with us when Hurricane Idalia was coming in. It made us very comfortable to know they were looking out for our safety. It was scary one night but other than the high tides it wasn’t bad at all.

The home was fantastic. It was perfect for our family of 6 with 4 generations. Having a dock AND a pool was just the best, especially with our dogs. We were surprised, however, that there was absolutely no type of food in the house, so I would advise future renters to either bring their own salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. or be prepared to buy everything. We did have the unfortunate experience of Hurricane Idalia. The staff was very attentive to our well being as well as to the possible flooding of our cars during this time. Sadly, the pool was flooded with inlet water and mud and was unusable for half of our stay. Other than that, our time there was exactly what we wanted.

Nice, quiet location steps from ocean. We have returned here for years, but this year found another reason. The television in the living room was not working and the owner sent maintenance to buy a new one, which he quickly did. The measure for us is what happens when something goes amiss, and the owner of this condo passes with flying colors.

The unit was spotless when we arrived. Kudos to housekeeping! We needed more towels and they arrived promptly.

Our unit had been updated with new appliances and paint. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. I did cook a lot and every time I would think oh I bet they don't have this or that, I would find what I needed in a cabinet or drawer. One downside was the bedroom with the double/queen? mattress. Definitely needs replacing.

We enjoyed walking to the Conch Cafe for lunch. Great service and good food! It was truly a great time with my grandchildren.

We have normally stayed in North MB. Tried this loacation because we could bring our pets. Overall satisfied. pool was great and having a grill was great. Place was clean but carpet was stained but it is pet friendly. I think we will consider staying again. Would recommend.

Clean spacious condo in a quiet location. We enjoyed watching the ocean from the livingroom/dining room during the day and the beautiful sunsets, boats, and lights from the bedroom balcony on the Marsh side.
