This was a beautiful house, and I so appreciate having a nice place we can go to enjoy the beach WITH OUR DOG! There are so few that allow this, and honestly, I wouldn't have taken this vacation if I couldn't have brought my pup.

Spent three weeks here. Cute condo. The king bed was super comfy and the shower’s pressure was amazing. The kitchen had the basic supplies. I had to go buy a blender since I like frozen cocktails. Some issues that previous renters encountered still exist — kitchen faucet still leaking and the towel bar in the bathroom is still broken. The popcorn ceiling needs removed since it is flaking off, especially in the kitchen. This unit is close to so many stores, shops and restaurants.

First off let me say that the location was perfect! Beach access was right across the street and a very short walk to the pier, shops and a few restaurants. The pool was very nice as well.
The house has vinyl flooring throughout which was convenient when coming in from the beach and also having a dog with us. Very nice washer and dryer.
The only thing I can say that needs approved upon is the living room furniture. The couch was worn and not comfortable at all! Thankfully the loveseat was better. There were a few minor issues with the tub drains but thankfully that was taken care of by maintenance.

We had a marvelous vacation. We love the location of the unit we chose and we have reserved the unit for 2 weeks next year too, can’t wait. One big problem was mattress in the master bedroom, my husband’s back bothered him, not sure of the age of the mattress, but if you could bring this to the owners attention we would appreciate it. Also, the kitchen was not as clean as it could be. It is a older kitchen but it looked like it could use some tender loving care to get it clean, including the cabinets. Appreciate your wanting to know our experience. See you next year!
