We had an amazing week stay in Garden City. We’ve been visiting this beach for years and have always enjoyed it. Our condo was well equipped with all the things we needed as far as kitchen necessities, linens and even beach toys for kids. Would definitely rent again!

We rented 206 in Surfmaster in Garden City. It was just me and my husband. I loved the location, not too busy and yet not far from grocery store and restaurants. Loved Conch Cafe which is oceanfront and only three condos away.
It was a one bedroom 11/2 bath. We had all the room we needed. Bed was comfortable as was living room furniture. It had a Murphy bed in living room/dining area which we did not use. Kitchen was little but it worked well for us. Things that need to be added or changed are mostly in kitchen. Cabinets need lining paper, a new toaster(it was scary using it), new pots and pans and skillet. Refrigerator was older but didn’t have any issues. Bath tub needs updating as does shower head but again it worked. Drains need to be cleaned as water was slow going down. We absolutely loved the balcony. Floors needed a good mopping. We enjoyed our stay. Garden City Realty was great to work with. This is our second time working with them and just like the first time they were friendly and always were willing to help in any way.

Our rental at One Ocean Place far exceeded our expectations for location and cleanliness. Custodial staff should be complimented. Although we only used one bedroom, the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and gave us a good night sleep! Furniture inside and balcony was so accommodating! The remodeled baths are gorgeous.
Although we hardly ate in, there were plenty of dishes and cookware of it were needed. Ocean front condo with the ocean front bedroom was so welcoming!

The house was in a great location, very clean, and spacious. The master bedrooms (both upstairs and on the main level) had two bathrooms, which was very nice with a large family. The upstairs master bedroom a/c broke twice, leaving us to sleep two nights in a row with a/c, so it was quite uncomfortable. However, Garden City Realty did respond quickly with a portable unit to help us until it was fixed. Even with the small portable unit, it was still 80 degrees because the master bedroom is so large. I loved the easy access to the beach and the large deck. I would stay here again, the only thing missing is a pool.

Very nice condo to stay at. The beds were very uncomfortable and need updated. Other than that, everything was great and very welcoming.

We had a wonderful weeks stay. We loved the Palmetto trees swaying in the breeze from our porch. Our condo was beautifully updated and we appreciated the small touchs that made it more enjoyable. We wished the floor had been cleaner not just from sand but dirt. We would enjoy another stay at Ocean Cove 202

We took our grown adult kids and our grandkids for a weeks stay at the beach. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies to cook a full meal if you wanted to. The access to the beach was very close and easy to get there and the beach was very clean. We were very pleased with our experience and stay.

Sunspree is in a great location, across the street from the beach and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Garden City Realty is always friendly and helpful, and the property is in good shape.

Our family stayed at Against the Wind B for a week. It is the perfect spot- it is with in walking distance of everything. We enjoyed swimming, surfing and playing on the beach with the grandkids. The pier is next door and we spent lots of time there fishing and enjoying the live bands. The house was perfect except for the pull out couches- I wouldn’t recommend that you use them - the mattresses on the couches were sandy and stained.

This was a very nice location. Close to the beach. The house is spacious with plenty of room for families. The pool is just right for when you come off the beach and need a cool swim. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked with appliances, dishes, spices, etc that I have ever stayed at. We loved our stay here. And a plus is that it does have an elevator to use for luggage and groceries. Lots of parking. The only thing is if you need to charge your golf cart there is not an outside outlet.

We loved the place. It was clean, well stocked & easy access to the beach. The decor was beautiful.

The Condo and the property were great. The condo was spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
