This was our second year staying here for the month of October and we've already booked next year! Great to see that they replaced the refrigerator and microwave right before we arrived! The sliding door has also been fixed and is very easy to open.

Condo has great view, comfy beds, and is in a great location. It could use a couple good knives (I started bringing my own).

The only issue we ever have is with the blinds. The slats fall off all the time, sometimes just randomly. We are seniors and use them properly (not rough with them), but slats just fall off. Also, chairs in the living room are getting kind of thread-bare on the arms.

My family came down for a wedding and vacation. We had a incredible selection of places to choose from and within our budget. Great location with wonderful views. Two of the most important things we look for after location and budget are safety and rental being clean. Garden City Realty was a five star on everything!!!! Thank you for being there for 50 years as a family owned company..

Enjoyed the updated condo. Had a very nice time.
Had trouble with the hot water. No one ever came to look at it.
Could have been cleaned better. Dust bunnies under beds, side tables and furniture in livingroom. Rugs need vacuumed.

The tub/shower in the second bathroom drained VERY SLOWLY and would be ankle deep within a minute. Overall, the unit was updated and very comfortable.

Conch Baby is a very nice house. Plenty of room for a group of 6 to 10 easily. The view is beyond amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We celebrated a special anniversary there and the Garden City staff was so nice, they left us an anniversary card! We found the house just as pictured!

My family and I just stayed a week (not long enough) and we absolutely had a wonderful time. Nights on the back porch were so peaceful and relaxing. The new table and chairs were wonderful for sitting and relaxing in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back.

Seven married men shared the house starting the week of daylights saving time. The house proved comfortable for socializing. As for sleeping arrangements, you better be friends with your roomie as two groups will have to share a kings size bed. The info said the house would sleep 10-12 but not the case if you need privacy during your sleep. The double beds(4) had out dated spring mattresses that proved noisy and soft. The only other issue was no washer/dryer. If you’re a family with kids and staying here it might be a little much carrying clothes to a corner venue. The location was great, the dock out back was great and overall we had a great trip. Replace the mattresses and add washer/dryer and this would be an awesome place to stay.

We’ve stayed in both sides of this house several times and will definitely rent again, BUT.....this year several basic maintenance issues caused some frustration that can easily be fixed. 1. The kitchen is no longer well stocked with basic supplies. 2. The internet was randomly intermittent in maintaining a connection. 3. The sink drains were slow. 4. The sliding door did not open/close smoothly. 5. The vegetation is taking over the driveway which makes getting in/ out of vehicles difficult along with loading/unloading our luggage. Theses are all simple fixes, and overall did not diminish all the wonderfulness of the house layout, price, and location. We will definitely be back!!

Relaxing while working remotely! Beautiful view...loved the remodel of the kitchen and both showers.

Master bed extremely uncomfortable, would recommend a new mattress as well as more updated TV's in master and living room. We were never notified that they were completing a pest inspection. It would have been nice to be notified in advance that this would be occuring and that they would need access to the unit. Would also recommend a Swiffer (would be much easier to clean up sand and dust).
