The Experience at Royal Gardens was exceptional. The people in the area are very friendly and the staff at the condo are very helpful and friendly. The bar on the condo has events that gives you time to just relax with Wednesday night jute box bingo, event holidays and even had a paint class and sushi making class. I will be returning next year.

Just Peachy is a charming beach home minutes from the beach. It is newly renovated and spacious enough for our family. It had all the amenities for a large family visiting. Easily accessible, clean and great location would stay again!

Wonderful location! The room was bright and had a wonderful view. Being on an end unit made it feel very private. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I was also impressed with the Atalaya Staff and amenities. The location felt safe. The indoor pool was very nice for the kids on rainy days. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time. The view out to the ocean is beautiful, I love how they have the double windows - really just opens up and gives great ocean views. The beach wasn't overly packed - one thing to note, is that they have a chair/umbrella renting service on their beach and spans the entire property. You can bring your own but would have so sit behind the row of umbrellas. The pool was fun for the kiddos, and I enjoyed being able to relax and view the Ocean from the pool :). The keyless entry was extremely convenient; especially for the check in process. I was worried I would have to go off site to get keys or something, and this wasn't the case. The elevator was pretty easy to use most of the time except on check out date (was a Saturday), I probably spent 10-15 mins waiting ~ 9:30am for a 10am checkout. I would recommend staying here though. Overflow parking on the 1st level was always open if needed.

As always with Surf Master, was a great vacation. This rental does need more pots and pans, as well as silverware but we made it work. The Frig looked horrible but worked, actually i figured it was a loaner after regular frig broke or something. Overall very pleasant place. Location location location, I have stayed at surfmaster many times and different units. I recommend Surf Master to my friends frequently.

This was our 1st time staying in this unit in Garden City. Location is great. It’s ~ a 1.5 mile walk to the Surfside Pier & ~ 1.2 miles to the Garden City Pier. We had perfect weather all week and took full advantage of the beach and pool.
The unit was very clean upon arrival and the fresh linens were already on the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony provided the perfect view for the sunrise and coffee.
The only negative thing is that the refrigerator looks horrid. It works fine and makes tons of ice, but the outside of the fridge is awful. It has some type of black stain that really makes it appear old & moldy, but it isn’t. It’s just stained. We wish the owners would either replace it or buy a little appliance paint. One of our group threatened to purchase contact paper to cover it. It is really hard to look at.
Overall, it is a great unit. Spacious and with up to date furnishings. We hope to rent this unit again in the future..... hopefully with a new fridge.

Parma Heights

This was our second year staying here for the month of October and we've already booked next year! Great to see that they replaced the refrigerator and microwave right before we arrived! The sliding door has also been fixed and is very easy to open.

Condo has great view, comfy beds, and is in a great location. It could use a couple good knives (I started bringing my own).

The only issue we ever have is with the blinds. The slats fall off all the time, sometimes just randomly. We are seniors and use them properly (not rough with them), but slats just fall off. Also, chairs in the living room are getting kind of thread-bare on the arms.
