This is our second year at Beach House 317. We love to watch the sun rise and sit on the porch and watch the ocean. The condo has a well stocked kitchen and we like that there is no carpeting on the floors. We love to walk on the beach and it is an easy walk to the Garden City Pier. We have also found the owner and management company to be very responsive when needed. We would recommend this place to others.

We were very satisfied with Surf Master unit 803.Very clean and very well equipped.
We only had one issue. The door lock sticks once the entry code is entered.

Enjoyed our stay at Atalaya Tower. We did have problems with high winds whistling through and around the entrance door. Very clean and roomy for 4 adults.

generally it was a relaxing time for us. we had a severe storm with heavy rain and wind that did cause some water issues. however, it was overall a good time.

This condo is located on the top floor offering unobstructed and stunning views of the ocean. The furnishings are well appointed and the condo has been remodeled with new flooring, etc. The kitchen appliances are top of the line and the bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers.

SM 1105 was just as described- very comfortable and clean with wonderful views. GCR makes check in/out very simple. When we plan to visit Garden City, we always check availability at Surf Master first.

My daughter, her boyfriend, both in their senior year of high school and I all enjoyed our week stay at South Winds #2!! Our 2-1⁄2 year old male Golden Retriever “Dunkin” had the time of his life in the pool! The entry to the pool was perfect because he could just get in and out whenever he wanted and we could just sit back and relax! Definitely something I enjoyed! This time of year is usually not the warmest, so we unfortunately were unable to get in the water. A heated pool would have been a huge bonus. The yard was adequate and private, which was great. The master bedroom and the closet were a nice size, the bathroom is somewhat small and the extra rooms were good size, but had a small bathroom and closets. The water pressure was awesome and the water was hot! Garden City Realty handled any of our concerns we had when checking in, so hats off to them! Some minor things to consider: The front porch and backyard furniture were not cleaned and seemed like it had been awhile since they had been. The rockers on the front porch are adorable (totally my style), but unfortunately are not comfortable to sit in. The master bedroom had a flag pole outside of the window hanging at the edge of the front porch which had metal rings holding it on which clanked all night long. This made it difficult to have the windows open in order to hear the ocean breeze and at times made it hard to sleep. The pool area only had a few lounge chairs, it would have been nice to have enough for the number of guests the house can accommodate. Kitchen could use some tupperware bowls with lids to put leftovers in to eat later. Overall, we would recommend staying at South Winds #2. Especially if you fur babies:). We have vacationed at Garden CIty many times and enjoy all the restaurants and visiting the beach, the pier, all the little shops, and venturing off to. Broadway at the Beach. Hoping to get back down soon!!

311 was great clean, beautiful views. The updated mattress and carpeting was nice as well. The only suggestion is that the living room furniture could use updating. Had a great 3 months will be back next year.

This condo is great! Beautiful view from up high! Love the windows. Furniture is nice and comfortable. The only negative was the wind on an unprotected balcony.

Small home on a side street with friendly neighbors and close to the beach. Comfortable beds. We wish the king bed was in the room with the private bath. The kitchen needs more dishes/cooking supplies and utensils.
