The house is very accommodating for the whole family. Great location for boat and easy walk to the beach. Had a problem with the ice machine but rental company was friendly and attempted to get it repaired quickly. Contactless check in & out was very convenient.

As seniors we weren’t familiar with streaming on main TV, the cable TV in the other bedrooms was temperamental. If I owned this unit, I remove both screens on the balcony’s. We loved everything thing about condo otherwise. Any interaction with the GC Realty was always prompt,informative and pleasant.

Property is very nice - perfect location. Everything was comfortable and shower in master was great! I would suggest a new coffee pot, maybe a keurig? The deck furniture could be nicer.
Also i was not given a code to the beach gates on my envelope as usual. I called and left message but never got a call back.
But all in all a great 2 weeks

I had a wonderful time staying at Sandy Shores II 207. It is a cute and well-maintained condo. The beach décor and furnishings made my stay all the more enjoyable. The condo was spotlessly clean when I arrived. Likewise, I had no issues during my stay and felt safe and secure during my stay. Garden City Realty always provides excellent customer service. They were promptly available to answer all my questions and help me whenever needed. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The only downside is that the unit has no washer and dryer.

Pawleys Island

Just what the doctor ordered for a nearby getaway weekend. Felt like a world away. Just wish the black plastic mesh covering balcony railing weren't partially blocking the view while seated. Understand it's for animal and children protection, but definitely affects view from balcony.

Another great time in a great place. It was a pleasant surprise to have new porch furniture, new washer, new cook set, new silverware and new mattresses.
So appreciative of such details and the overall care of this unit. I can't imagine what you will do next year, but I can hardly wait.
