The room was exactly like it was presented on the site. The appliances were great and had everything I needed for my stay. The only thing about the room and it didn’t affect my stay was the queen mattress needs to be replaced. My group turned out to not be as big as I planned so I didn’t end up needing that room. Views are great and the staff that work there seemed to be very friendly.

From the booking with Bob and the welcome with Terri at the neighboring front desk, to our key drop off as we left, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The condo was amazingly clean, the kitchen amenities were accommodating, and the couch and beds were comfortable. (The little twin bed was the only exception.) The complex was quiet, even though it was packed! And house keeping and maintenance were always helpful and responsive. (Thank you: Brad, Nancy, Callie, and Julie!) We had some electrical issues that took a couple tries to resolve, but Brad in maintenance stayed on it and cheerfully! The electrician that got called in (Adam with Pruitt Electrical) was fantastic and tenacious in searching out the root of the issue. Even the landscapers (Heritage Landscaping) were communicative and friendly as were the complex residents and other vacationers. Beach access was literally across the street, no driving,so very convenient. The outdoor shower was useful, but, honestly, the handles are on their last leg. A great place to stay overall!

We have rented from Garden City Realty for 4 years now, have been at Ocean Cove all 4 years . Last year we moved down to 202 we just love it, this condo is right over the pool! These condo are very well kept and when there is a problem it is taken care of right away! Have already booked for next June. This is only 4 floors and the first floor is the parking spaces, they only allow two vehicles on the premises but they have an overflow parking not far, we have parked vehicles in the overflow every years and have never had a problem. You will love this place as we do!

There are still no hand rails on the interior stairs from the ground to the first floor. There are no steps or rails from the Inlet beach to the pier. The exterior front stairs need a hand rail small enough to wrap fingers around for safety.

Very nice, clean, comfy condo! Beds comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice beach scene artwork too! And our Doggy was welcome. The porch was great but not in the rain! Condo was great!!
Parking a little difficult. Horry Co does not allow Shimbumis so we had to rent umbrellas which was disappointing.

This is the 3rd year that we have rented this condo. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. We love the balcony that directly overlooks the pool so that we can watch our grandchildren swim. Their mom loves watching them from the pool deck. It is oceanfront and views of the ocean are beautiful. Pam at Garden City Realty worked extra hard to get the week we wanted. She was great. We will definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Each of my teen kids had their own room and there was plenty of room for all of us in the main area of the house. The location was perfect and my kids enjoyed walking to the pier every day. We especially enjoyed the covered back patio in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!
