We had a great week at this rental home.We had 13 in our party and because of the spaciousness of the home we never felt crowded. It's well appointed, well, furnished, the pool was awesome and it's a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable with excellent linens. Everything was as advertised. The communication from Garden City Realty was outstanding throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

Great oceanfront house with plenty of room for extended family vacations. The beds were newer and there were plenty to choose from. The family and kitchen area is very roomy. The pool and hot tub are great amenities to have after a few hours on the beach. There were only a few cosmetic issues with the house but that goes with a rental property. Garden City Realty was very responsive to all of our needs. We will be back!

This is the fifth time staying at Surf Master. All in a different unit. Every time it has been amazing, units are exactly as advertised. Location is perfect, close enough to everything but in a nice family beach area. From booking to check out staff very informative and helpful any small issue has been dealt with right away. Looking forward to my next stay

We had a wonderful stay at REEL EM IN.
The beds were comfortable.
The kitchen was nice. We could have used more silverware for our crew though.
The ice maker was a great plus!
The house was clean and bug free!
The upstairs was open and bright with a beautiful view.
The lock to the home was not working properly but with one call Josh came in no time and fixed that quickly. Could not have asked for more.

The condo was clean and had a great deck. Looked like new furniture on the deck and maybe the living area as well. Elevator was great for getting stuff up to the third floor including our bikes which we kept in the entry area. Enjoyed our stay! Would stay here again!

Wow!!!!! This unit was absolutely perfect for our stay at Garden City. Amazing views, fantastic safety features and easy access to the beach. The condo was clean, and ready for us a little before the 4:00 check in and that was such a welcome thing . This was our second stay at One Ocean Place and we have used Garden City Realty several times. I highly recommend you give both a try to make your stay the best it can be.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the unit. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. All appliances worked perfectly and were spotless. You will not find a place that sits closer to the beach in Garden City. Super easy beach access for trips back inside. The out door shower comes in very handy for washing off sand and salt. This is basically a beach house without the beach house price. Parking is tight but manageable. We hope to stay here again! Really enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty!

Very convenient location. Needs a little updating . The parking is tough if you have a larger suv and you can only have one vehicle on the property!
