We had a great time! Loved the home! I don't know who you have cleaning but keep them the house was very clean. The only complaint I have is you need to provide a few more towels and a bad storm blew through 3 days before we left. I called to have the pool guy come out and clean up debris and get the leaves out of the pool. He came by to check out the light in the pool but never cleaned out the pool. We did the best we could with the net. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this penthouse a couple of years ago before it was refinished, the new look is absolutely phenomenal! It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The appliances and ac could use some help. We were there during a heat wave but it was hard to get our rooms cold. The living room has a great unit but the bedrooms get almost no ac. I would also recommend to bring your own curtains. The sun comes in the windows directly in your face, there was no option of closing a curtain so we were up with the sunrise. There was also problems with the elevators, for three days both elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the 11 flights of stairs. My father is disabled and was t able to leave the room for three days! Garden city reality was nice and professional when I called. They got one elevator fixed but it was always a long wait. (Still better than the stairs.) we talked to an owner of a unit and they said there have been several weeks that the elevators don’t work at all, they will e replaced October 2025 so if you are looking to book before then I would just be aware that you might have to use the stairs. We would have changed our booking if we had known!

Lovely home, great week with family, in spite of:
Pool was never cleaned Sat.-Sat. Elevator button broke Sunday. HVAC main floor went out Sunday night. Previous renters full trash/receptacles on street until Tuesday pick-up. Put ours out Friday (27th) night and only one receptacle emptied when we vacated. Hope second one was emptied eventually for next renters. Sliding door to outside malfunctioned, hard to open and had a greasy substance tracked onto rug unintentionally. All being said, Garden City staff/maintenance were excellent in responding, trying to accommodate issues. Elevator repair was excellent, though temporary fix to button broke again Thursday. HVAC repaired promptly and perfectly. I would recommend Garden City Realty for their professionalism and friendliness and ease of communication including app for entry and rental instructions.

It was a wonderful week for our family. We had our children and grandchildren with us and it was one of the best vacations ever. The house was great for us and we appreciate all the little things such as bathroom and showers outside. Sun porch is wonderful. It does need new pots and pans, (pots stick terribly). Sea Master 315 is a a nice condo. Felt a little dark in the main living quarters but was sufficiently stocked and fit us comfortably. View from the balcony doesn’t disappoint. My only real complaint isn’t on the unit itself but the way the building the unit is located in is situated in relation to the rest of the complex. The levels are offset from the res of the building which means 3 flights of stairs up or take the elevator to the third floor and and then down half a flight to the condo. You can’t just roll anything to the condo and it makes loading and unloading a bit of a challenge.

Great property and condo.
Only complaint is master bedroom bed was like laying on the floor. I had to buy a air mattress to be able to sleep. Main room furniture was very uncomfortable. When sitting on the furniture you would sink down in the couch or love seat.
But with that said the property and condo were great and would stay there again.

Planning for the gathering began in October of 2024. Our vacation plans required an oceanfront house with a minimum capacity of 14 people, 6 Bedrooms, 5 baths, all linens, and a private pool.
We have successfully worked with Garden City Reality several times in the past, so we reached out to them again.
We reserved the house in early December with a small holding fee. Two additional rental payments later (March and May) we were set for a wonderful vacation.

It was a beautiful condo. The only issue was the sleeper sofa needed to be replaced. We could not keep the cushions up . if you sat on it you were almost sitting on the springs for sleeper

Your house is lovely, clean, comfortable. The only problem that I saw was the pots and pans. They really need to be replaced. Everything else was very nice.

Rental is as pics show. We stayed 7 night. Perfect location. Check in and out super easy. Our 6 adults and 3 kids fit with no problem. Very spacious, pretty much clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Twin room has no ac as vent must have been covered by flooring. It gets pretty warm,so we ran fans. Suggest keeping the door open. Our two 4 yr olds didn't even notice though. AC on both levels perfectly cooled the entire house. Upstairs king room- ceiling fan never worked. Didn't need as we run box fans anyway. No other real issues. Definitely give this place an option. We would rent again without question! Thanks for a great family vacation!!
