We thought being on the first floor this condo might not be the one for us, we we're wrong. Being so close to the beach you can hear the waves inside all the time. You feel the wind coming in from the ocean and can see the white caps at midnight. It's all pretty cool. A bonus was letting our 16 year old daughter and her girlfriend go to the beach alone as long as they stayed in front of the condo. You can look out and make sure they're doing what they said they were going to do. We felt this condo was nice enough to book it a second time. We had only two downsides...the microwave worked but sounded like it was dying and the garbage disposal has seen better days. Everything else was great. If we weren't planning on renting a beach house for a family vacation next year we would stay here again. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent. House worked well for our family. Screened in porch added to our experience. Pool and hot tub were very nice as well outdoor whower. Elevator made house accessible for members of our party. The hall bathroom was for handicapped people but is used by everyone and the bathroom associated with the main bedroom on first floor has a tub shower and low toilet rather than a step in shower and raised toilet. Excellent view of beach and easy access to beach. Garden City Rental was efficiant in handling any questions and concerns we had.

Great family vacation. Pop's Place works prefect for our family. This was our second year at Pop's Place. Location is great and beach is prefect for our grandkids and family. We will miss this next year but needed a week sooner and already booked. If we ever get the chance we will definitely rent again.

We were there with my family of 32. Your condos vary in size and accommodated each family's needs. Each unit was large enough that we could cook in one place and invite everyone over.

Enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo. Condo was at the end of the hallway, which was nice and quiet. Several complaints that I'd like to see the owner address: 1-Dishwasher doesn't wash dishes well or dry them; had to hand-dry most of the dishes each time before putting away. 2-Refrigerator ice maker doesn't work. GCR provided a separate ice-maker which was appreciated but the ice would melt some in that and then stick together. 3 - Would like to see a few serving pieces of dishes added, like casserole dishes/bowls. Overall a really nice condo and would stay there again! Thanks to the owners for making it very attractive and comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo . Has nice living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. Our only problem was the refrigerator needs replaced. Ice maker broke and can’t regulate temperature properly. Either food on top shelves not very cold but if you turn temperature down food on bottom shelves freeze. Also dishwasher is old and should be replaced. I must say that Garden City Reality is the best rental company I have ever dealt with. They go over and above to make you happy. Any concerns we had were immediately taken care of the same day. Maggie in housecleaning is great! We would highly recommend them, they are the best

The IR house was the best of both worlds with the beach across the street and the marsh in the backyard. The beds were a little worn out and very soft. We had an electrical issue but the rental company help provide a work around. We would definitely rent this home again.

Place was in a great location of walking to beach and pier. The best part of the house was the location.

Our family absolutely loved this property. The couch was a HUGE hit for the kids! Everyone loved settling down at night all together, cuddled up to watch TV. The pool was also appreciated by everyone. We loved that it was taken care of every couple of days. An added bonus to our stay was watching the loggerhead turtles hatch from their next at the end of the stairway. What a special time moment to witness.
We will definitely try to rent this property again in two years when our family vacations together again.
