This is our second time staying at Afterdeck. I have stayed at several condos but love this one inside and out. It’s clean and roomy and has a very nice long balcony where we spent a lot of our time while the tropical depression came through. Since it’s on the beach, we were still able to go out in between rain moments. The elevator stopped working Thursday which I wish would have been fixed only for when we packed up to leave but other than that loved the trip. I was happy with Garden City realty updating me on the weather to help us decide to wait it out and enjoy our time away! We will be staying there again!

Tropical Storm Debby made the weather awful for the whole week, but house was great! Loved the back deck area. House could use a few extra dishes and pans and TV service was very glitchy in the Living Room. Have already reserved it again for next year.

The condo was amazing BUT an owner was there with their pet and allowed their dog to poop all over the mulch as well as on the side walk to the beach access and made no attempt to pick it up.

It was during Tropical Storm. It was okay. The overhead fan in the master bathroom didn’t work. One of the remote controls was missing a battery.

The only problem we found in the condo is the stove fan is not effective
The stove fan must evacuate the air to the outside and this it does not do in the condo.

Great location, clean and inviting! The only complaints I have would be the lack of spatulas to cook with and the condition of the mattress on the bed in the beach front master bedroom. It was warped and needs to be replaced. Aside from those two minor things, the place was perfect!

Perfect memories is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our short time there greatly. Our time was cut short due to weather. It is very comfortable for are large group. Clean and well maintained. We suggest you bring coolers due to a small refrigerator. It was not big enough for large groups. I

This ocean front property is one perfect! The property is steps away from the beach and has great pool! The owner was always checking in and very communicating with us the whole stay! Will definitely stay again!

This beach house was wonderful! Our entire family loved our stay here. Access to the beach was literally right across the street. The front porch was large and always had a perfect breeze. The front yard was big enough for us to play yard games and the pool area was fantastic. Driveway offered plenty of parking for all 3 of our large vehicles. We would 100% stay here again and again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time during our family vacation. My biggest area for critique would be on the maintenance and general upkeep of the unit. Headboard was completely detached from master bed. All 6 chairs at the dining table were wobbly and loose. Vertical blinds often fell even without touching them. If i was the owner of property I would upgrade the master bed mattress, the living room TV to a newer and bigger smart TV, and consider upgrading the couch and loveseat currently in the unit. My parents stayed in a near by unit and overall it was much nicer. Hope this can be constructive criticism.

Very nice unit. Had an issue with a bathroom door closing and maintenance took care of it right away. For some reason we could hear the people in the unit above ours walking around. Very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Location is great. 3rd year staying at Afterdeck. Will stay again. So much better than staying in a high rise condo.
