This was our second time in this unit. The location is perfect! Adirondack chairs on the deck are a great touch. Very spacious and easy to access on the second floor. Only negative factor is that it needs a new bed.

Our Villa had adequate bedrooms, great location, pool, and overall location. We would require a bigger kitchen and livingroom the next time for our party of 7. 3 couples and 1 single.

Garden city realty was excellent and responsive. House cleaning was ok , but we did need to purchase product to clean the floors and there still crumbs on the floor and a few sticky spots. The house layout and location were fantastic. The house needs good routine maintenance on items like outlets and patio doors. I can't complain about the vacation. We had a great time with family and memories that will last forever.
