This place was a dream! The house is beautiful and felt like a true home away from home. We especially loved the hot tub and pool area, which made our group hangouts so much better. It was spotless when we arrived and the check-in process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect rental for an extended family beach vacation. We stayed here with my nephew and his family. There were 8 of us total ranging in ages from 20 months to 64 years old. The location was perfect for taking the kids to the beach every day and the yard area also gave them space to burn off energy. The kids loved the bunk room. Plenty of space for everyone.

This was our 3rd time renting a home through Garden City Realty. We have had a great experience with them every time & won't hesitate to use them in the future.

We rented for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday with our family.
The location is perfect. The GCR staff was responsive. The unit was clean, but “worn & tired”. However, it suited our needs without having to worry about breaking or ruining anything expensive or irreplaceable. The dishwasher leaked. Maintenance responded quickly. Afterward, it still leaked, but less. Bath tub plumbing in both tubs are off center and difficult to regulate. The cost was fair based on the condition of the property.
