Drew yet again went above and beyond

We had the pleasure of working with Drew (Dellinger) to purchase land to build our new home. Since we are from out of town (Canadians), we relied heavily on Drew's knowledge of the area to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. In fact, we trusted him enough that we purchased the land sight unseen! He walked the lot for us and came back with his honest feedback and compared it to other lots in the area to make sure we were getting the best for our budget. Just recently, I arrived in the area to close on the purchase and Drew yet again went above and beyond to come to the lawyers with me and to introduce me to local builders AND he even sat in on our 1st meeting to ensure that we were comfortable with the next steps, since we have not built before and are not from the area. Honestly, we can't say enough good things about Drew.
