Drew [Dellinger] made the entire selling process effortless. At our first meeting, he was well prepared with multiple comps, and local sales information. We decided on a sale price that we felt was fair and he felt we could obtain. He had a professional photographer provide quality pictures that solicited a high number of views and kept us in the top views for at least 2 weeks. Once we received offers, he was able to suggest which one to take based on who he felt would get us a contract and sale. He was with us through negotiations and closing to answer questions and provide valuable guidance. He was available at all hours, not just 9-5.
