The Afterdeck is my happy place!! We have stayed with our children and with friends and in a group (using multiple units)
The property is so clean and well maintained, in the event there is an issue it is addressed immediately.
Checking in and out were both so easy. I took advantage of the sheet and towel accommodations that super convenient.
The unit was impeccably decorated and fully stocked making our stay hard to end, it's just perfect!!
Nothing beats the view from the balcony and convenience of the elevator.
This is our beach destination for years to come, maybe someday we'll be owners!!

Beach Treat provided our family with the escape we were looking for. Located across the street from the beach access, we were able to enjoy sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening! The availability of both an open-air and screened in porch added to the majesty of watching the sun make its final curtain call for the day. There was ample parking and a great play area for the kids that included a marsh front bench swing. Beach Treat was immaculately clean and comfortable and we will certainly stay here again!

Working with Pam at Garden City Realty was a great experience from start to finish. She found just the property we needed and took care of everything for us, whether a minor repair or keeping us up to date on anything concerning parking, exterminating for example. The property was very clean and well maintained.
I would recommend the property to a friend- it is near the beach and many attractions as well as restaurants. I would rent this property again as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend! The place was beautiful! Will have to say there is room for improvement on cleanliness. We look forward to staying here again next year! There is easy access to many restaurants, be sure to try Squid's Café (near Garden City Pier)for 's outstanding! Enjoyed walking the beach to Surfside Pier and eating on the outside deck several times. Sophia's Ice Cream Shop at Surfside Beach had a good variety; we especially liked their salty-caramel, yum, yum! Enjoyed one evening of entertainment at Crocodile Rocks.

We have been coming here for several years. All were great! We would have liked a three bedroom, but none were available. The people at Garden City Realty were the best. We are trying to negotiate a 3-bedroom for next year and hope it comes to fruition. This 2-bedroom has everything modern and up-to-date. We love it.

We enjoyed this cozy rental on Easy Street in Garden City. The open under-house parking is perfect for families with multiple cars, and it offers a private grilling area with a swing and beautiful marsh views. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us ample space for our group of 6. There are some beautiful updates to this home, such as a large farmhouse-style dining room table and tiled kitchen. The location is close enough to walk to the Garden City Pier and ocean, but it also feels like a private getaway when sitting on the screened porch overlooking the marsh. Great value in a beach home if space, safety, and convenience are priorities! We’ll definitely be return visitors to Banana Pancakes!

The house was very nice and clean. A wonderful home to spend your vacation. Loved the location! I just wish we could have brought our Scottish Terrier with us. Also, I wish there had been a bathtub because we had a 20 month old with us. That was the only 2 things missing. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who loves vacationing at the beach.
