This was our second year in Compass Rose 32. We were very impressed with Garden City Realty and the unit in both 2015 and 2016. The view from the 3rd floor is spectacular and we love how close it is to so many amazing restaurants and attractions. This year we tried offshore fishing with Reel Action Marina because of the adds that come with the welcome packet. One of the best experiences by far in the 3 years we have visited South Carolina. We are completely in love with this city and the amazing stay we have had over the last couple years. We just wish Compass Rose 32 allowed pets because we are brining our fur baby next year!

P.S. We arrived very early the last 2 years and Garden City Realty worked very hard to get our unit cleaned in order for us to get settled in. We were very appreciative of that!

Really nice place and nice people at garden city realty. We were able to sTay a few extra days. The condo was very nice. Very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Had 4 small children and screened porch was a real blessing! Also, LOVED the deck, and the view was OUTSTANDING! And the beach was just a short walk over the dune! Really a nice location. Convenient to everything! Nice area for parking, also.

A few things to note:
-Nice to have ceiling fans!
-Nice size dining table and butler's table
-Living room furniture was very comfortable
-Kitchen met our needs but stove burners did not have right size under plates with notches for bracket which made the burners uneven.
-So nice to have so many rocking chairs on front and back porches!
-Queen beds were very comfortable, double beds were a little hard.
-Elevator was BIG help in moving luggage, baby equipment and groceries. We actually did have a visit from (2)friends with wheelchairs. So fortunate to have handicap access. Thank you so much!
-Washing machine overflowed couple of times first day of use. Maintenance was contacted and they came the next day and found the problem. Maintenance was to talk with owners.
-Lots of toys, boogie boards and beach chairs, etc. were available for our use and it really made for a comfortable beach day. We appreciate it so much!

Once again thank you for providing a place for us to enjoy some quality time with our family!

Overall, extremely satisfied and will likely rebook. Atalaya, as a property, is definitely showing her age; not as pristine as she used to be. Indoor pool area, in particular, could use a facelift; nothing special about the prop - just a good moderate property anymore. The unit was very nice: comfortable master bed, stocked kitchen (although left little room for groceries), recliners were a nice touch but a little bit small... but thankful for them nonetheless. Owners definitely take care of this unit, and I am appreciative of their attention to detail. Linens included was a bonus! Had a great time!

We are creatures of habit and for years have gone to another vacation spot in North Carolina, but this year presented us with the opportunity to travel a little farther south! We chose Garden City Beach when a friend said if you are going to Myrtle, this is the place to go. Hakuna Matata was perfect for us, plenty of room, clean, beautiful view from the rocking chairs on the porch. I wouldn't have changed a thing!
