Clean, as expected. Note that while the small kids rocker is greatly appreciated, it has an arm that is loose and somewhat unsafe. Also note that the kitchen chairs are weighted such that they fell over when someone got up on several occasions. And adding some rockers up stairs would be nice, its a great spot for beach views.

in general everything was ok, we did have a curtain torn down that you guys worked but could not fix, you had to bring remotes for 2 of the TV's , the patio furniture needs a table + upgrade

My mother, sisters, and I had a wonderful "girls" trip in April. The accommodations at Surf Master 402 were very nice. The unit was very attractive and well equipped. The staff at the rental office was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The location to restaurants and shopping was excellent.

This property was ideal for my family with all our grand boys. They loved the dock and was able to fish all day. The downstairs area was perfect. We set up our kitchen ther. I would spend most of the day downstairs.

This unit has been newly refurbished and it was really nice. This is our seventh trip to Myrtle Beach and this was the nicest unit of all that we have rented. The weather was windy and cold this year and the condo was so nice when we had to be inside. We highly recommend this unit.

It was wonderful! The Penthouse was AMAZING and the views were out of this world. The only downfall was the sand dredging and the machinery noise and some beach access limitations. It was a pretty neat learning experience....but again, the property was amazing.

Very nice 1st floor Condo. Well equipped with everything you need. The Kitchen is great especially for extended stays. For comfort, the living room couch and chair could use updating. The one bathroom is off the master which makes it awkward for any overnight guest. Being right above the hot tub might be a concern from a privacy standpoint. The view is excellent. You could not get much closer to the beach. The bed was comfortable. The shower has been updated. The Owners have included everything you need and did an excellent job decorating and with little things that make the condo very inviting and homey. The view is more than camera worthy. Overall positive review for our one month stay!

Overall the property was what we were expecting in that price range. It was convenient to the pier, shopping, dining and beach access. The quiet cul-de-sac was nice too. Only drawbacks were previous renters had put dirty dishes back in cabinets and the refrigerator was having trouble staying cold.

We were very pleased with our unit. It was exactly as described and the decor was beautiful. It was lovely to be right on the beach for those daily walks plus having the option of a swimming pool and hot tub available. The property was clean and well maintained. We put in a call for service once and the response was immediate.
We felt the location is great and central for what we all did. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk, Georgetown, Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and a day trip to Charleston. And for those who like to shop there are lots of options there also.
We hope this property is available the next time we want to go south and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
