This was our second time staying in Against The Wind A, and I absolutely love this house. In fact, we had a conversation about if we win the lottery, we are buying this house. Haha! It's got lots of room, a great open kitchen and a gorgeous view being right on the sand. There was a place for everyone to hang out comfortably and being right next to the pier, we had live music every night. It made for a great vacation!

loved the location stayed at the beach house for about 25 yrs & always go back. garden city realty very easy to work with. only thing that would keep me from staying in condo 105 is the little deck furniture. got very tired of looking at the railing around the deck. will pay more attention to deck furniture in the future.

Boston Commons 202 was very well laid out and had great unexpected amenities such as a few pool/sand toys, some board games, plenty of books and extra household items like detergents etc. The condo was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and the beds were already made up. We loved the remodeled bathrooms especially the master! The kitchen was done well and included tons of cookware, utensils, & dishes/glassware. We liked the use of the elevator for unloading & loading our stuff but also when we were so tired from being on the beach all day. We liked being close enough to walk to the pier area for a few restaurant options but not have tons of people surrounding us on the beach. Everyone we had contact with on the phone or in person from the rental company were helpful, professional, & kind. The only downfall with this property is the outside of the complex needs some TLC. It is showing some wear & tear but once inside our unit or on the beach, we couldn't see any of that. Overall, we would happily stay in this unit in the future.
