Other than some initial frustration with getting the entry code straightened out, we had a great week at Beachside Windy Hill. This is why the check in got a 4star and not a 5star. Thankfully, the second person I talked to got the matter straightened out quickly. This is the second time we've stayed at the house. It is exactly what I like in a beach house...nothing overly fancy or overdone. Clean and "beachy". The public beach path is right across the street, and the private pool is the icing on the cake. My only suggestion for the owner/rental company is to have an electric leaf blower or something to keep the sand out of the lower sitting area so it doesn't get tracked around too much. The family is already planning a return trip next year.

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Beach Lane. The location is perfect- close enough to the beach to walk, far enough away that we did not feel we were dealing with a constant flow of traffic. Proximity to Murrells Inlet and Surfside/Mrytle Beach attractions was ideal. The furnishings were clean and generally in good condition. GC Realty maintainence was responsive when we notified them of items that were not working as expected. The only things I would suggest be addressed are major appliances do need to be replaced- the dryer took 3+ cycles to completely dry a small load of laundry, the stovetop did not come to temperature and the dishwasher was quite noisy. The garbage pickup needs to be addressed- there was overflowing garbage when we arrived that was not picked up all week (sanitation company apparently will only take what is in the bin).

My family and I stayed in Unit #305 the last week of July, 2019. We absolutely loved the condo. Great location right on the beach. My daughter and I looked forward to having our coffee every morning on the balcony. The condo is clean and in great condition as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. Condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our week there! We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at Moonlighting(July 2024). It accommodated our large group wonderfully. Everyone loved the house and remarked on how clean it was upon arrival. We loved the location--in a private neighborhood with uncrowded beaches, but yet everything is very close by. The beaches were wide and smooth. The view from the house is great. We really enjoyed the pool which is a good size and landscaped well to offer more privacy. We would definitely stay in this house again. We did not really need the management team for anything other than a couple batteries, but they were very responsive. Jackie from Garden City realty is wonderful! Thank you for a great vacation

I purchased my condo PH I at Surf Master in November 2015. That said I had no idea what expect, but when met with Drew McElveen for the first time I instantly felt confidence in him and Garden city realty. During my first rental season, I have nothing but praise for Garden City Realty. They keep me informed of any issues and resolve them quickly.
