We originally booked another property for our vacation with another family. It was very unacceptable and when we brought all of its issues to the management they were very accommodating. They went over and above to help us. We were moved to "beach lane" and we couldn't have been more happy about it. This property is only a few minute walk from the beach. It sits alongside a ravine where we were able to catch crab for our dinner. The house itself was immaculate. It accommodated our 2 families beautifully. It was modern and clean and we would definitely come back to stay here. We highly recommend this place!

The house was furnished and decorated better than the pictures had shown online. We were very happy to be in such a warm, welcoming and comfortable house. The beach theme was beautiful and made us feel like we were on vacation. The house was clean, linen package was great (just one difficultly with the bedsheets not fitting the bed, so we got creative and made it work). The house was clean, most amenities were there. We did have to purchase some (dish soap, tinfoil etc). Pool was great! We spent most of our time there or on the beach, moments away. Great location! The property was safe and such a great location!! We would definitely come again!

I have been vacationing here for 5 years. Each year we always bring friends and family to enjoy our wonderful experience. This year we had 27 people join us on our wonderful experience. They too enjoyed enough that they planned on coming back for years to come. Each of the units we all had were very well maintained and clean. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Fantastic. Great house. Great time. The first two days were stormy but that makes for good sleeping with a window opened slightly to hear the rain and crashing of waves. After that the water was calm and the breezes were fair. The house was well-stocked with anything a family needs for a week. And I'm not just talking about the kitchen. There are games, books, and flat-screen TV's throughout. There are even beach toys and chairs stored in the large laundry room. We suspect that some families bought these during their trips and simply left them due to lack of room to haul home. And the big plus is the roominess of the house which affords people enough space to avoid constantly bumping into each other which is essential to maintain sanity for a weeks stay. Let's face it, everybody needs a little space, and this house gives you that.

Browns Summit

This house works very well for our family of 13. Great location to beach and not crowded on the beach. This is the third year we have stayed here and would recommend to family and friends. Pool is nice but needs some work on the bottom. Concrete is very rough and feet get cut on the rough surface. Area rugs need replacing and some updates on furnishes. Otherwise we would stay here again

Our Garden City stay was an exciting one this year with the hurricane close by. The condo was delightful. It was clean and served our needs well. The balcony and pool/ocean access was first rate. I would surely recommend this condo to others and will book it again next year's vacation.
