Check in went fast and Jackie-vacation specialist was warm, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable regarding the Myrtle Beach and Garden City/Murrells Inlet area, before I knew it I was out walking the beach and our vacation went very smooth with much to do and much to talk about. Can't wait till next year to come so I'm considering moving down to the "Low Country"..

We bought our condo in Golf Colony 25 years ago. During that time, we became acquainted with Jean Schmaus, so when it came time to sell we naturally thought of her. During the time we owned our condo, there was an instance when our sister-in-law who was vacationing with us had a serious bicycle accident. Jean was one of the first on the scene. When she made the connection, she came to our condo, advised us of the emergency and then drove one of us to the scene. She stayed until the ambulance left and then drove me back to the condo and offered even more assistance. That made such an impression on us. We always knew she was professional and efficient, but that action showed compassion and caring as well. We live in Pennsylvania so, of course, we were a bit apprehensive about selling "long distance." Jean walked us through all of the steps, kept in touch with us weekly and at times more often. This was not a huge commission for her, but she did as much for us as she would have for any other seller. The closing went off without a hitch. Our condo was only on the market for about six months, if that. We credit her with getting it sold. Thanks, Jean for your stellar performance.

2nd year in a row that we stayed here. Very nice place and a great location, right on the beach.

Our family stayed in the penthouse. It was clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed. The home was older than appeared in the photos but nice. The three bedrooms with private baths made it perfect for us. We did have an issue with the door lock. We called the office and they had it fixed in a timely manner. Because it was the week of the 4th it was very croweded. We got up early and put our tent and chairs out for the day. This allowed us to reserve a special place for us on the beach. We had a fireworks show every night with a front row seat from our balcony. My grandchildren loved being in the middle of the display. The pool is small and was crowded during the day. We wanted to swim at night but they closed early. It would great it they would leave the pool open longer. Overall we had a great time. I would recommed the penthouse.

My family and I had a wonderful time here The views are great all around and the place is very clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms which offers nice privacy. It was wonderful waking up to ocean sounds and drinking our coffee on the balcony and then falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The Conche Cafe a few steps from the condo has great food and drinks. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Air Conditioner is still very loud. Earlier review said it was fixed. We like this condo very much just wish the owners would do something about the noisy air conditioner.

We had a wonderful week just relaxing at SurfMaster. Our condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The building was very quiet and peaceful. The elevators ran quickly and there were no long waits which we have experienced in other facilities. We arrived late but our keys and parking pass were there and easily accessible.
