We had a great time. Our party of six loved the location and the easy drive to the great restaurants in Murrell’s Inlet. The access to the beach was effortless as you can step off the property and have your beach chair in the sand. The wind made it difficult to enjoy the beach as much as we had hoped. We usually stay in the north and had never experienced wind this much. I don’t know if it is usually like this or just a weather pattern rolling through. The house itself was perfect for us. My only complaint was the size of the master bedroom. With a king bed, it was difficult to move around if you had to get up in the middle of the night. I had some bruised shins from banging them off the bed. We would have loved a hot tub as well but we knew the rental didn’t have one before arriving. The check in process was really smooth and easy as our house was available very early which was great. We would rent again in the future.

Had some issues with the door lock, maintenance was on it , condo complex is older so we knew what to expect.

Murrells Inlet

The Kyle cottage was perfect! My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed recently. The location was perfect as the wedding venue was within the community. The cottage is very nicely decorated and roomy.

We have stayed in this condo in the past and would stay there again. It is very clean, updated, and in a good location where the beach is not crowed.

Iron Station

We had a wonderful time on this vacation. Our Beach House was so convenient to everything. I loved the location and the HIGH tide that was so close that we could hear it at night. The Unit we rented was clean, and very much like home. We had everything we needed for cooking, watching a good movie or just sitting on the porch reading a book.I definitely will be returning to Beach House #109.

Best vacation we’ve ever had especially during this pandemic time. The place was clean well maintained and the linens were sanitized and individually wrapped. Felt safe and secure while maintaining social distance. Beach less than a minute walk. Everything we needed we had. Our dog along with our whole family had a great time. Thanks Garden City Reality. We will definitely use this place again.

Terre Haute

This is our family’s 8th time renting a condo in the Compass Rose and our 2nd time renting this unit. It’s a prime location and has lots of great amenities, such as the pool, elevator, remodeled bathrooms and super comfy beds.
