A lovely, well-appointed apartment in a perfect location. Close to many attractions, great pool and outdoor area, but also possible to stay away from everything but the fabulous view of the ocean. We wanted peaceful and restful, and we got it. Handled in a very efficient and friendly manner.

This condo is in the perfect location! Just a few short steps from the beach. Everything was exactly as described. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the ocean.
The only improvement that could be made is that you have to go physically check in to receive keys for the property.

We loved being able to see the beach from the house, some of our family couldn't make it to the beach but could see us from the house. The elevator was wonderful for our older folks that couldn't do the stairs, it made it possible for them to come on this vacation. The house was affordable, just wished that the double beds would of been queen beds and mattress were up-dated. Also loved having our own bathroom with every bedroom. Loved having the pool, plenty of setting area around the pool.
Definitely would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. We were right on the ocean, saw a few dolphins, and fishing boats.
The condo was clean, and cozy. Loved the proximity to everything.

Well maintained, appointed and the best view of the beach. This is a great place to stay. We ended up spending most of our time sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the people on the beach. The only thing missing was access to the fitness center but otherwise, we would reccomend this to anyone.

We absolutely LOVE Sandy Beach and plan to rent it whenever we go to Surfside. It is very homey and the perfect distance from everything. I do have to say the place was not cleaned very well this time which was disappointing and kind of gross but as for the rental itself; we love it and plan to stay there again in the future.
