The apartment was very comfortable and the highlight was the fantastic
ocean views in both the living room and master bedroom. The condo was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture and supplies for all types of entertaining. It was a great place to watch the daily changes in the ocean and sky and observe porpoise and pelicans in their daily travels. It made for a restful and enjoyable vacation.

This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. The location is very nice with a not too crowded beach. The house is clean and well maintained as well as well stocked with amenities. I would suggest larger bath towels rather than the sample size shampoo, etc. amenity kits.

No control over the weather of course which was the only negative. No reflection on property or management. This condo SM413 was perfect for our party of four and will remain so for years to come. Well equipped and well placed. Easy in, easy out. Has everything we needed from beach logistics to kitchenware. Wonderful.

We found unit 31 at Compass Rose a wonderful place to stay in Garden City. There are only 8 units and it was quiet. We had plenty of room for the three adults and especially loved the screened in back porch overlooking the pool and facing the ocean. We also enjoyed the master bedroom balcony in the mornings, having coffee and watching the boats going out from Marlin's Quay Marina. It was clean and very well equipped and convenient for dinners in Murrell's Inlet which has many wonderful restaurants. Would love to return to Compass Rose.

Great house! If you want to relive your childhood at the beach, this is the house. Not like the newer beach houses, this one has character, and the decor is lovely. As a family we loved this, plenty of space to spread out but also lots of areas together together.

Our relationship with Garden City Realty has been AMAZING, from day one Drew Streett was our realtor he was attentive, honest and was more then helpful. He listened to our wants in a house and worked at finding that for us as we lived in another state he was willing to go the extra mile to assist us. we were floored that after the closing Drew reached out to us to see if there was anything we needed and to assure us he was there if we needed. My husband and I felt like family not just a business transaction. We are using Garden City as the property managers of our new home. Well just as with Drew everyone in Owner Services has been amazing as rookie vacation rental homeowners Heidi has welcomed us with open arms from the moment we showed up without an appointment. Heidi is such a sweet kind and helpful resource. I have such a level of trust and comfortability with each and every person I work with in the Owner Services Team. This was one of the best vacations we have experienced in a long time. Penthouse B did not disappoint. The views are outstanding the condo is very comfortable and cozy. It felt like home away from home. Garden City realty is always great to deal with, and they called to ensure we were well taken care of. I would definitely stay in Penthouse B again.
