We Loved our stay at Lindo Mar!! Great location at Surfside Beach. Very clean when we arrived. Towels and linens were a Plus. Thank You! Great location on the beach. Close to the lifeguard. Kitchen was loaded nicely with utensils. Bathrooms were big. Shower on king size side was Awesome! Both have very spacious showers. Loved the roomy back porch leading to the beach. This was just a perfect place for our family. We will be back for sure!!

My family and I stay at Sea Master every year. The unit we like to stay in was already booked when we were ready to make our reservation. Unit 115 was the only one that would accommodate us and we are so happy it did. It was clean and the indoor furnishings very nice. The only complaint is the balcony chairs. They were very uncomfortable and did not inviting at all. We will stay here again.

My wife and I love staying in the Garden City Beach are. You're just far enough south of the main strip to avoid all the congestion and close enough to enjoy the local attractions. Garden city realty has always treated us great! I will use them for all our rental needs in the area when we visit. Surf Master 509 was a very clean and nice. The balcony is very large and the unit overall is in great condition. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need to make a nice meal. The deck and pool area was also well taken care of. You won't be disappointed in any of the Surfmaster Units!

We have been vacationing in the area for 30 years and this is one of our favorite condos. The room was large,clean and beautiful. There were 2 adult couples and 2 children in the room with plenty of space for all. Both bedrooms were very large. It was so nice to be able to leave the room and be on the beach in 2 minutes.We walked every morning from the condo to both piers.Again a great condo.We will beback again!

Vacation was amazing. I have been travelling to N. Myrtle Beach every year for the past 10 years and this was my first time in Garden City. I am in love. We have already planned next year in same house or another with Garden city realty. They were friendly and helpful. Beach beautiful and quiet. Not nearly as crowded as the N. Myrtle area. Location close to everything you need. Town small and friendly. Views from house beautiful and a very very short walk to pier.

The place itself was amazing. They were supposed to clean the pool and hot tub twice. When they didn't come the second time, I called the Office and they said they were going to send them, and that never happened. We couldn't use the hot tub first two days because it was so murky. Paid a lot of money. Very disappointed.

We love Surfmaster 103 Condo. It is a great unit; however, in all the years we have been at the Surfmaster, we have never experienced roaches (or waterbugs). And we didn't just see one, we had many! When we reported the roaches, the office ordered spraying immediately, but seeing them was a turnoff.

Our condo was the best because we’ve stayed there for about 15-20 years and would not want to stay anywhere else. The owners are always upgrading appliances, bedrooms, baths, flooring, furniture etc. the owners are very helpful when a problem arises and they take care of it as quickly as possible. The rental agency was not as helpful as they have been in the past, but our stay was wonderful nevertheless.

Arrived Jan. 1 2016; returned home April 1. This was our seventh yearly trip to this unit. Unit is a 2 bedroom, non-smoking unit and has plenty of room for my wife and I. Also, for the occasional guest. Unit again newly remodeled. Surf Master units are about 50 square feet larger than competitive condos.

Great!! Unit was clean and well furnished with just about everything you needed. Kitchen was remodeled and looked fantastic, even had a new coffee maker. Pleased enough that we booked the same 2 weeks for 2025. Just a few things that would make the unit PERFECT. Two recliners in living room need to be replaced-old stained and showing their age, new balcony chairs would be nice. Current vinyl strapped chairs are very old and very stained. Mattress in master bedroom is due for replacement, sags a bit where you lay and forms a hump in the middle. Handle on interior side of sliding door needs repairs to keep it tight to door and a small handle on the exterior would make it a lot easier to operate due to effects of ocean air to the door in general. The small slide handle is very difficult especially for seniors. Carpet was clean and looked a lot better than last year. Do not hesitant to rent this unit, you will be happy especial if previous mentioned updates are made. Love the location of OOP and the unit. PS- if cleaning service is responsible for cleaning exterior glass of balcony, they need to do better. Realize effects of ocean air but a little time and effort like I put into it would make a more inviting viewing of the ocean front.
