This unit is very nice with all the renovations noted in the description of the property. We were puzzled though, as to why there is no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. No bathroom privacy from the balcony, or if someone else is in the bedroom. You have to lock the bedroom door if you want to use the toilet or shower. Also to note, there are no clothes hangers so you will need to purchase once there or take your own. Everything else is very nice from the kitchen to balcony furniture.

We stayed in Penthouse I for a week in March 2014. The condo was ready when we arrived, and we were able to check in immediately. The condo was well furnished, clean and the beds were amazingly soft! The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't need anything. The hot tub on the rooftop patio was a nice addition for evenings when it was cool. The location is great, with restaurants within walking distance. We did not use the pool because it was still too cold, but the area was clean and ready for those who wanted to swim. All in all, a great location, condo and trip. Will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable stay. We loved the location. It was private and peaceful. The size & layout of the home was perfect for our large family. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & gazebo. We had family ranging in ages 18 to 75 & this house had something for everyone. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint I have is the fact that there are not enough parking spaces for the two buildings. We were there on the week of July 4th and were constantly parking somewhere on the street as all of the spaces were full. Overall, beautiful condo

We had a great vacation stay July 5, 2025, through July 12, 2025. We stayed in Surf Master unit 110. The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The view of the ocean was unobstructed and the patio furniture was nice. We enjoyed being on the first floor as we were able to easily go up and down the stairs and did not have to wait for the elevator. We will look to rent this unit again on future trips!
