We had perfect weather. The Condo was well equipped with things you may need . Everything was in working order . The only thing I would change would be to put 2 double beds in second bedroom. We were two couples so my husband and I had to sleep in twin beds. We have been staying at different units at the Surfmaster since 1993..... it’s the only place we would stay.....

We've rented through Garden City Realty a few times and they are very professional, responsive and very helpful, this time was no exception. Our first day there, the handle on the outer storm door broke and someone from maintenance was there to fix it within 24 hours.
The location of this unit was wonderful! Sitting on the balcony is like being right on the beach. It is right next to beach access, parking and a shower for your sandy feet.
The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and cooking (and then some!)
The decor is bright and cheery and the unit was spotless.
Beach House is our favorite property in Garden City!
