This condo has spectacular views. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen is so well equipped. The rooms are all very spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. Parking was easy. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year. Overall we enjoyed Surf Master 508. Being an end unit the views from the balcony were excellent. It was unfortunate that the double window from inside facing North was very dirty on the outside and made that view difficult. Not sure when outside windows were last cleaned. Also, the bathrooms could use updating. We did have to cut our vacation short by 2 days because of the storm.

Just about everything you would hope for. It was comfortable, the view was spectacular, easy access, great price, well stocked kitchen. Bonus- really big sliding glass doors; like they say on HGTV bringing the outside in

My only complaint was that it was next to the mechanicals for the building. I did not notice the noise until I saw the HVAC. My friends did not notice the noise. I heard the hum of the HVAC when I sat on the left side of the balcony. DO NOT let that discourage you- as I said, I did not notice it until I saw the unit. Plus, given the thickness of the glass it was very quiet inside.

Finally, Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with.

Waccamaw Exchange is a very lovely home, far enough from the pier and arcade to avoid the noise in the summer, but close enough to walk down there and enjoy beautiful downtown Garden City. Take a short walk to the beach or enjoy the creek from the screened back porch or dock. Very tastefully decorated with all the necessities and ample seating. I have been vacationing at Garden City my entire life and Waccamaw Exchange is at the top of the list.
