We had an overall great stay. We were initially very dissatisfied with having to make the beds and the bedding was a 6 on a 1-10 with 10 as the best. ( pillows horrible).
The house was very clean . No beach towels to use and the furniture is tired. The pool and hot tub were awesome , location and beach access terrific. Awesome beach and very well kept yard - corn hike is tired.

This rental is perfect for families. There's a deck overlooking the beach where I spent most of my time reading and relaxing with the nice ocean breeze. There are two pools and a jacuzzi which my 4 year old daughter loved. We had a family with 1 year old twins in the condo next door, and we never heard them at all. We will definitely stay here again.

The rental property was wonderful....location was great!!!!! Had to evacuate after one night so we didn't get to enjoy....I was very surprised to not find a decent frying pan...the ones in the house I would not use to feed my dogs...went to Wal-Mart to buy a frying pan.

We have stayed at Madame Butterfly three times. It is the perfect vacation home for two people. The staff at Garden City Realty are extremely helpful and professional. I left two personal chargers behind. The housekeeper notified the office immediately. Jessie left a message on our home phone at 9:51am. We were still at the Myrtle Beach Airport.
In addition to the house being perfect, the weather was also. We had non-stop sun every day with temperatures in the mid to upper 70’s. The Absolutely Perfect Vacation!!!!

Property is very nice - perfect location. Everything was comfortable and shower in master was great! I would suggest a new coffee pot, maybe a keurig? The deck furniture could be nicer.
Also i was not given a code to the beach gates on my envelope as usual. I called and left message but never got a call back.
But all in all a great 2 weeks

Mary was great. Easy to reach and good follow up. Excellent property. On the Beach. Roomy. All furniture in good condition. Bedding was nice and firm. Would enjoy a little more water pressure in the shower but certainly adequate. All Appliances work. Clean and neat. Easy to get to. Many needed businesses close by. Golf courses within 20 minutes
