We loved our stay in Surfmaster304. We would return for another visit! The condo is lovely and well taken care of, and there was really not anything that we needed that wasn't there. Beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was the best of any unit where we've stayed. There are some floors that could use a good scrubbing, but overall it was an excellent visit! We tried to book the same for Spring Break, but it was already taken, Darn!

Good location. Close to several activities and restaurants. Easy check in. Room was spacious. TVs in bedrooms did not have working cable. Unable to watch them. Roof over washer and dryer leaked. Furniture was nice and clean. Plenty of linens provided. Nice easy access to pools and beach.

Nice condo. Only thing I would complain about would be the ice maker doesn't make enough ice and kept freezing up. Needs to be looked at.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to locate a new property at the last minute for a one month stay in your area. The staff was most helpful and very cooperative in helping locate a suitable place. We were quite happy with the property, so much so, that we will return to this property in March of next year. Thanks to the Housekeeping staff also for finding and holding some items which we had overlooked as we departed. They cheerfully and promptly agreed to mail the items at the soonest opportunity. They could not have assisted us in a more thoughtful and kind way. We are very happy to make our arrangements through Garden City Realty and will continue to do so in the future. Our stay here was amazing!! the pool was beautiful and perfect for our little guys!! The entire family loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful home and conviently located between two public beach accesses!! We absolutley enjoyed it! Oh and the couches were so comfortable, probably the most comfortable couches in any vacation home I have ever experienced!

Our (friends and family) vacation at mariposa was absolutely awesome. The property was in great shape. Having two fridges and dishwashers and stoves worked really well for us. I've never stayed closer to the ocean. My only complaint was that the pool was never cleaned til the day we left, and we reported that is was dirty 5 days before that. Not dirty enough not to use, just that the cleaners never showed on the day they were supposed to.

We had a very good time at the home we rented. The management company responded promptly when we had a need. The beach was lovely and the wooden walkway to the beach was well maintained. We cooked many large meals and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained and had good showers with plenty of hot water. There was adequate parking space and we liked that the area of beach where we were was relatively quiet. The back door to the porch closed with difficulty and the porch itself needs maintenance.
