We were very pleased with the condo at the Beach House. It was well worth the drive from New Jersey to come to the garden City, SC. Not only was the condo beautiful, but the beach and the surrounding areas were lovely. It was very clean and felt very comfortable.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building. Our stay in room 307 was great! Very clean, comfortable beds and couch, the master bathroom is awesome too. You can’t beat the panoramic windows and view of the ocean. We enjoy being close to Murrells Inlet too for the dining options. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and cozy place. The furniture and kitchen is outdated but still lovely. The comforters were not clean but sheets and pillow cases were.

We've been to Surfmaster many times and we've stayed in this condo many many times. The condo itself was in pretty good shape. The problem with this trip was they were adding sand to the beach which ment we lost a day and a half from being on the beach. This should have been scheduled back in the months when there were not nearly so many people at the beach. It was a very unpleasant couple of days.

Weather was okey. Had a chance to go to eateries we usually go to under the situations we are in. Scenery you couldn't ask for a better view (beach). It was good to have a different scenery and be able to sit inside to dine. The place was very spacious. I just recommend they leave a tv channel menu since our channels aren't the same.

Had a great week staying in 107. This is our second year. The only complaint I have is the linen package that is listed “included”. There were 2 of us and 4 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. I don’t go on vacation to do laundry. Plus the towels were navy in color so they can’t be sanitized and the bath towels had a sour smell. Last year the linens were white and shrink wrapped. Felt more sterile Will carry my own linens next time.

Spacious and comfortable,great ocean-side porch , wonderful parking underneath and out front.
Only suggestion, - Would have been helpful to have a large pot for boiling and some baking pans. ( And a new water hose downstairs)
