Our rental was in a great location for the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice to have coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The rental was clean and decorated nicely. The linen package was well worth it. A couple of minor upgrades could include a screen door going onto the balcony and possibly a rollup shade to hide people sitting on the back deck from guests sitting on the main deck. We will definitely be back- loved the whole week.

The Condo was in a great location, right across from the Marlin Quay Marina. The Inlet, also located across from the condo, was so picturesque.
The wifi was very weak could not watch Netflix also cell phone signal very weak and there were four different carriers among family members.
Also the condo was beautifully decorated but very small, for eight people and there is no washer and dryer in the unit. (I did not take that in consideration when I booked the unit.) There is an on site laundry room however with ample washer and dryers.
The first night we arrived there was no hot water and also one day air conditioner did not seem to be working but called maintenance and both issues were promptly and professionally addressed.

Property neat and clean, easy to find. Initial issue with door key immediately addressed and fixed within 30 minutes of arrival.

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to 509, our fourth. Although the condo could benefit from some upgrades (back bathroom faucets come to mind, furniture) the condo is clean and functional. We had some difficulty getting the unit to cool down as it had in the past we finally figured that the cooling works fine when folks move in around the unit. The staff went out of their way to attend to our needs, as usual.

We booked well in advance and had a seamless check in and check out. The unit was clean and comfortable. The single bedroom was adequate for two but we thought we were getting a king size bed; there was a queen. The agency said the unit would sleep 6 (2 pullouts) and it would, however, it would have been really cramped if 6 of us were trying to maneuver around each other for 4 days. This unit is comfortable for 2 and would have been OK for 4. The pools and spas were nice. There was quick/easy access to the beach/water. The parking deck has a very low ceiling so be careful if you have an oversized vehicle. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.
