The perfect rental for a family vacation. A master suite on both floors and 5 bathrooms! The pool and jacuzzi provided some great time for the grandkids while the few steps to the beach allowed for nice walks and some fishing.

This was our first time in Garden City and we were very pleased. South Wind #2 was perfect for our last minute get away. Very clean, location was great and the fenced yard for the dogs was awesome!! Definitely would recommend this rental to a family looking for a conveniently located rental.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing!!! It was very clean upon our arrival, and is very well maintained. The updated kitchen and TV's were great. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us. Also, thanks to Garden City Realty--always great to deal with.

A very nice place with a deck overlooking the beach. Close to Church, grocery store, and many fine restaurants. The street is relatively quiet in March. Fun to walk to the pier and back. Norning sunrise is wonderful to see over the ocean. A relaxing experience.
