My mother snd I traveled to Garden City to celebrate my retirement from 32 years of teaching. We wanted a nice condo with lots of room. We found our place in SurfMaster #607. The condo was as advertised; it was spacious, clean, well laid out. While there, the management went above and beyond to keep the area clean, maintained and safe. We are excited to plan another trip back in 2022.

I could not have asked for a better buying experience. We flew in from another state and Drew (Dellinger)dedicated an entire day to showing us properties, adjusting as we changed criteria. He was more than patient with us, understanding what a big decision it is to buy a home. Drew was on top of things during the offer/counter-offer process. Drew gave great advice, including lists of vendors needed (mortgage, attorney, inspection, etc.) Every single person that he recommended was top-notch and customer-focused. Drew continues to check in with us to ensure that all is going well as we transition to our new home, offering help above and beyond what I would ever expect of him. Drew is very professional, personable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our month at OOP 1005 very much. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the master bath renovation (with the exception of renovation dust residue under the bed in the master bedroom) - the new shower is wonderful. We have appreciated the improvements/upgrades that have occured since we started renting 1005. We love the space and the view. However, as we have noted previously, the living room furnture is exhausted - it is not getting "off" the couch, it is rather a matter of getting "out of" the couch. Other than that, we were happy and pleased with the condo.

This house is perfect for our needs and is always a pleasure to stay at Mariposa. We love the location, in a quiet neighborhood with little beach traffic. It has it's own pool which is great. The house is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the hefty price for a weeks stay. It goes up a little each year and we don't look forward to the day we just can't pay what they are asking. This was our fifth year at Mariposa and we hope we can continue to book it. We'll see.....

We had a great vacation while at this location. The reality people were very cordial and ready to help in any way. The only minus that we had were the pots and pans in the kitchen. We made do with what was there but i would recommend adding a few sheet pans and some pots and bowls. Other than that we loved everything about it. The location was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was fantastic. Thank you!

This home was so beautiful & well maintained. So much room! we had 4 couples there for bike week. there was PLENTY of room to spread out The beds were very comfy, TV in every bedroom, LARGE garage for parking the bikes & close to everything. Highly recommend! We hope to stay there again in the fall for Bike week.
