We really enjoyed staying at this home. Everything was clean and very accommodating. We especially liked the table that accommodated everyone because with 13 people at together. The only draw back was the shared jack and Jill baths for all. The lower level was a little musty smelling. The pool was great and the location to the beach is really a few steps. The porch is to die for. Loved the rockers and high chairs.

This was the first year we stayed at One Ocean Place and renting going through Garden City Realty. When making our reservations, I spoke to them several times and all of the agents were so friendly and helpful. We stayed here in #804 and it suited our needs perfectly. Very comfortable beds, clean, large balcony and a breathtaking view! I hope to make this place our yearly tradition.

This is our third stay in Surfmaster 107. We love the layout and location of the condo. The huge windows make you feel like you are right in the ocean and it is just a few steps to the beach.

After a few years away we were able to return to APAB3F. We had stayed there for 18 years when the kids were younger and it remains the perfect ocean front escape with great beach and a wonderful view. And away from all the crazy beach stuff. Pool is great for the kids and apartment has everything we need. Wonderful!

In a huge hurry after already booking a unit elsewhere and not being up to our standards once we had traveled overnight and arrived to MB, we were blessed to find this beautiful condo - huge thanks to Garden City Realty! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. The only issue that we had was if you were out past 10 p.m. then you had to park on the side of the road. We have been going to Garden City for 10yrs and this is the first time that this has happened to us.

Condo was amazing with all the amenities needed. Great view with a large deck. Beds were extremely comfortable. Condo was super spacious. This one will be hard to beat. Will 100% rent again!

ROCK HILL

We enjoyed a wonderful week with my parents at Marlin Quay 202. At check-in, we noticed the light fixtures in the hall bathroom were on the counter, called Maintenance, and they responded within 30 minutes. The only improvement we would suggest is relocation of the wireless router from the master bedroom to the den to enable Wi-Fi access on the balcony.
