While waiting for our house to close and stuff to arrive from our old home we were able to make arrangements withGarden city realty to stay outside the normal weeks day. We stayed right on the beach. Although we were a little leery about the safety of the crowds, it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the beach. It was Especially fun to enjoy the fireworks at different times of the evening from the balcony. The condo is freshly renovated, nicely decorated and well kept.

This is our second year staying at Murray's Inlet Shack and we loved it. We have already reserved the house for next year and are counting the weeks! The only thing wrong was that I could only find one outdoor receptical for my ice cream maker.

This unit was comfy and in a great location. We were there for the week of July 4th, and there were very well executed professional looking fireworks for over an hour - thanks to other vacationers and the actually scheduled ones at both piers. We had a lot of fun!

The unit needed some coasters, so we bought some and left them for the next guests. There was also no dish detergent for the kitchen sink (although there were a couple dishwasher tabs). Other than that, the kitchen was full service for cooking meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, although the bathrooms could've been a little cleaner.
Other than that, 107 Sea Oaks was a great place to stay!

We absolutely loved 307! Our favorite condo so far. Decorated very nicely and we felt at home. We didn't want to come back home. We will be back for sure. We had a wonderful time. We had great weather-no rain and hot! The only thing that wasn't stated in "leaving instructions" was what to do with pillows, comforters, and extra blankets. If it was and I missed it, I apologize. We folded them and left on the beds.

The location was great. The beach was clean and very wide. We walked
to the Conch Cafe that was very close by. The drive to Sara J’s restaurant was also convenient. We had an excellent meal at Pacino’s. Garden City Realty provided many useful items to use during our stay. I appreciated the bed being made up.

We've been coming to this area for quite a number of years. This is the cleanest nicest condo we've had yet. It's in one of the best high rise buildings in this area and right on the beach. Very convenient to shopping.

Myself along with 7 other women, all high school graduates, same year, vacation together every spring. This year we choose Myrtle. What a great time we shared being able to stay in a house rather than two motel rooms. We arrived on Monday evening and by Tuesday morning they were telling me they wanted to come back to this house, next year. It was located near to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and best of all the airport. We will be back.
