We had a great week in garden city. After a last minute switch to this house thanks to a hurricane that damaged our original rental I am pleased to say we enjoyed our stay very much. The rental company was awesome and got us into this house 3 days before we were to check in. We rent from garden city reality every year and will continue this tradition. Location it great and we loved sitting on the front porch at night. Only thing we thought could be better is the one bathroom had no place to put toilet paper and neither had a place to hold bathroom towels. We also had to purchase our own toaster because it didn’t have one. Other then that our trip was great and even our dog had a great time!

Everyrhing was decent enough regarding the condo. Not much in terms of updates except the whole units flooring was redone in click together laminate, so that was nice. Electrical outlet in the master bath didnt work also outlet for over head dining room light. But otherwise great condo.

The property, location, and overall experience was wonderful. We basically arrived at the house, unpacked our vehicles and we were able to easily walk to the pool, Beach and a good enough sampling of restaurants we needed. There was only one negative. We had to make our own beds. Not what I expected. This may be normal now but it made me feel a little more like an employee than a customer.

We enjoyed our stay ay the Mariposa very much. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us and we had a great time. The home is very pleasantly decorated and we enjoyed the large table to eat and play games. Also it was nice to have the pool and hot tub under the house so if it rained the kids could still swim. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Jill was especially helpful at the rental agency.

This Condo is very well located with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Nice accommodation well furnished for 6 persons. The pool is also well maintained.
