We simply can't wait to return. Garden City Realty was easy to find, made check-in super simple, and a fruit stand and grocery store are right adjacent to the building for your initial supplies. Our condo (One Ocean Place 1207) was spotless, and while some of the furniture might have been dated, it was clean and in good repair. The kitchen was practically brand new with granite counter tops. The facility doesn't have a lobby so you have to walk through the parking garage to get to the beach (which is a little weird) and sometimes means that the elevators will have wet floors, but it's a small inconvenience. Overall, our stay was very relaxing, and the She-Crab Soup at the Conch Cafe next door is a local favorite and I concur! This was our first stay in Garden City after years of visiting Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be back. I just wish that golf cart drivers would learn to pull to the right when lines of cars are backed up behind them! See you next summer!

The room (1610) we stayed in definitely could’ve been cleaned a little better than it was (I cleaned a lot when I stayed). It was a little out dated on some things. But overall it was a great place! Royal gardens is amazing, definitely with the little bar by the pool.. wish it was a little more affordable, but it’s at the beach at peak time. ����‍♀️ So it’s understandable! This is the perfect place if you love ocean front, andddd the fact they have a indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub!!!! You can not beat this place for the price. Will definitely be staying again!!! .... Also the table on the balcony definitely needs replaced lol

We had the best time! Although the weather wasn't great, we had fun spending time with our son & daughter-in-law. I ate grouper almost every day. You just can't beat the seafood in Murrell's Inlet! And it is so close to this condo. The condo itself is just beautiful. The owners have made some very nice updates. This unit was very well maintained and clean. We have stayed at OOP for the past 30+ years & we will be back. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. Garden City realty made everything so easy, the reservation, check-in & check-out.

Moncks Corner

This is our 3rd year renting this house. It is perfect for our family with every bedroom having its own bath. Great view of the oceanside and the marsh making sitting on the deck in the mornings such a pleasure! Docks, boat ramp and pool provide other options for entertainment to the beach experience. They are building a house next door this year which made for more noise than usual but that is understandable and did not spoil our fun!

We decide last minute to go to Myrtle Beach. This was the only place left with Garden City Realty on the Beach. We were a little apprehensive. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The place was beautiful, great view, clean and neat!!! The ONLY thing that would have been nice if at all possible would have been dishwashing detergent, a salt and pepper shaker, and maybe 1 extra trash bag for the kitchen. Our stay was so short we hated to go buy those items. Thank you!!!
