We all loved the location. It was easy to book the house. We had a few small issues( light buld burnt out, timmer on hot tub didn't work, tv remotes that didn't work right) But overall it was great. will think twice for our group a seperated upstairs and down stairs.

Condo very nice. Parking was not a problem. Nice pool area. Building maintenance NOT SO MUCH. Only concerns were the refrigerator door was broken. This was aggravating. The window came off the track in front bedroom. Maintenance came and checked the wrong window and never did fix the problem while we were there.

Compass Rose 31 was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Garden City. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We all loved the screened in porch. Access to the pool area and beach were very easy. We stayed for a long weekend and mostly ate out so didn’t need to use the kitchen, although it was also very nice and clean. Stella’s ice cream is a must! The Dead Dog Saloon in Murrell’s Inlet had a really nice Mother’s Day buffet. We would definitely stay here again!

Garden City was great to work with, very helpful, and friendly.

The Lazy O property was beautiful, immaculate, and modern. There was one cleaning issue brought to Garden City's attention, and the staff member was very apologetic for the issue. We took care of the problem ourselves. In addition, there was a repair issue in one of the bathrooms, which was addressed immediately.

I would recommend Garden City and stay at the property if our plans bring us to Murrells Inlet again.

This unit is very nice. The owner provides everything you need for your stay. The only disappointment was the rental of the chairs and umbrella on the beach that was provided in the past. We were expecting it this year also. We didn't budget an extra $380 for the two weeks. We will probably not be renting this unit again for this reason.

We rented to unit so that we could be in the same building as several friends of ours. We loved how updated and clean the unit was when we arrived and its proximity to ocean and pool. It made it very easy for us to get out and enjoy the weather and also allow the kids to go back and forth as needed. Our unit was perfect for the seven of us that went and allowed for everyone to have a little space. I noticed that they did a good job trying to keep the common areas clean. My only complaint is that we had a total of 30 people in our group and 5 rented condos and we wanted to grill at the property and the information was not relayed to us very well that there is no grilling on the property. So we had to figure out other arrangements to do our grilling and luckily the neighbors allowed us to use some space. I feel like this information needs to be spelled out a little better than just not being able to grill under the unit. Part of the fun we were looking forward too was not being in a hurray at night and being able to grill. This is the one issue that is currently keeping me from wanting to rebook this unit.

Great location, easy access to the beach, pool is clean. The entire complex is well kept. We have stayed here twice now and definitely plan on doing so agin.
