Garden City Beach is a hidden gem. The beach is clean with sparkling sand and clear water. The ocean views are spectacular from every unit. Restaurants and stores all close by. I have stayed at Surf Master 6 times and would not stay anywhere else. The rentals are inexpensive for the size and amenities of the condos. Management is responsive if any issues. Make sure you check out The Pier for great food, drinks and entertainment.

Overall the week was great. Weather was perfect.
Only problem were the mosquitos! Hurricane Sally had been thru there the week before we went, and there was standing water. Not much they could do about that.

16 Golfers came from Salt Lake City for a late summer golf and poker experience. This Condo was clean and expansive. Beds were firm and comfortable. All appliances worked. View was EXCEPTIONAL! Bathrooms were clean, nice and large. Water pressure in shower was OK. Definitely return! Mary was easy to work with. Easy to get in touch with.Rave reviews from all my group!

Our extended family visits Garden City Beach each year, and concerns about COVID-19 led to our renting a second house. Strike II was the perfect solution and Garden City Realty provided outstanding service in assuaging our concerns about check in and cleaning. The house is spacious, with a sweeping lawn for games and space under the house to relax on a rainy day. Only steps from the beach, the location is outstanding, and the house is well maintained.

The Afterdeck is my happy place!! We have stayed with our children and with friends and in a group (using multiple units)
The property is so clean and well maintained, in the event there is an issue it is addressed immediately.
Checking in and out were both so easy. I took advantage of the sheet and towel accommodations that super convenient.
The unit was impeccably decorated and fully stocked making our stay hard to end, it's just perfect!!
Nothing beats the view from the balcony and convenience of the elevator.
This is our beach destination for years to come, maybe someday we'll be owners!!

Condo clean and inviting as always. Issue with lock when first arrived and ac unit quit working. Very prompt to fix these issues. Great service!
